First of all, you're an establishment, not a company. You have all of 2 locations. WOW!) On a side note, why do you have more than 5 host/hostesses (who are all on their phones, even though they're not "supposed to be")? You need 2-3. Why do you have 30-50 waitstaff for an establishment that warrants 10 at best? Do you enjoy bleeding money?
