When i called them about this they explained they were unable to give me any type of refund or store credit which is honestly just terrible customer service!! I really wanted to enjoy this dispensary, especially being fairly new to the area but there are definitely WAY better places to spend your money. I would love to recommend Lume and JARS, both dispensaries in Jackson as well! They have a much better selection, (products that actually work) great deals, and even better customer service!

Yelp Review: Cherry (marijuana dispensary) Jackson, MI…read more Sadly, Cherry is no cherry. We have been going out of our way to try all or most of the many cannabis dispensaries in the Jackson area. Cherry is one of the newer ones, settled in a former bank, it boasts a drive thru window. And has some really rock bottom specials now and then, like '10 for $10' pre-rolls - made of an inferior blend but the convenience is sort of worth it: you get what you pay for. However, recently we bought Snow Caps in flower 3.5 oz. It was not cheap and was supposed to be infused with 50% THC. It tasted terrible (like vomit terrible) and DID NOT get us high. We called them back; they said yes, "it should have gotten you blasted." They offered to "do something about it" and for the manager to call us back. He/she did not, so when we went in the next day and explained that we had called the previous day, they were like, "We don't take product back, we don't know if you have laced it with something"!!!??? We were not asking to have them take it back to re-sell it - of course not, but just to make good on 100% customer satisfaction that they promise, and to replace it with other, better, less foul, more reliable product. They just said "sorry... you're SOL." That was the wrong answer, delivered with a very bad attitude. If we could give zero stars, we would. Take your weed business to Lettuce, or 420, or Lume, or Mood. These are all better shops. Cherry is the pits.

Anyways I met them, I trust them, I ordered from them! I've ordered 3 or 4 times now. Their germination guide is so helpful, I love it! I highly recommend following their advice. My plants grown from seeds purchased from them have exceeded expectations. Their online ordering process is super easy, you have options of online check, or mailing a money order, today was the first time I noticed they accept credit cards as well which was wonderful. Their selection is insane, tons of different options with some great values, very affordable. I really enjoy their website's ability to filter by basically anything.
