I realize that not everyone will have a perfect experience in a cigar lounge if you don't like smoke or if you were expecting some kind of royal carpet treatment. Personally, I like the fact that they have a big screen tv and nice chairs and great ventilation if you know where the switch is on the wall to turn on the van. They have other deals, but for some reason it seem like every time I was looking for Rocky Patel versions they were either out or not stocked. Even Monte Cristo and other brands that were very low and this was back to back the days that I came in . It seems like they have their brands of cigars too, but sadly, their cigars are the worst if they were to have better quality of their namebrand I probably would've probably got them. But sadly, there is nothing but colored paper or so it seems no tobacco whatsoever. however I do wish that they had better deals as well and there system should be able to mix and match not be forced to buy one of the same and get the same one free. Due to it is the law that they can't sell it to me with him being in there with me. Here is the sign on the outside of the building stating under the age of 18 yr can't enter the building. The one lady said "they can't sell it to me with him in there with me due to it having nicotine in it." Congratulations ladies you just last fucking business. Pretty funny because I can go to the gas station and buy cigarettes with him beside me and that has nicotine in it as well

He had a tweak energy. I was there at 6 ish last night so I hope the owner reviews the security footage. It was bizarre enough that I just said ... weird , as I got kicked out of the store. I asked the sales person if he had experience with puffcos? His response was yeah... I sell them so I guess I do. Then I asked if he has owned one and understands how they work because I needed help troubleshooting mine. I had mine in my hand trying to explain my issue. He then said he has not used one. He must of felt insecure because that's when he locked up.. walked to the side and told me that I was talking to him like he was an idiot and asked me to leave. I was calm the whole time. I really hope the owner sees what happened on video. This store will not survive with him working there and other competitors near by. I drove down the street and got help at another store. The lady working even called another shop to see if she could find someone to troubleshoot my issue with my puffco. It got sorted and I spent my money there. They were very helpful. If I could... I soooo wanted to buy something, but could not find anything that grabbed me, sadly. But if I lived in this area I would come to this store all the time. It was really nice. Also in this mall are a Kohls, Best Buy, Qdoba, Target, Country Buffet, Sears, some smokeless cigarette place (vapor?) and a bunch of other stores and places to eat. Its pretty spread out so you may have to get in and out of your car, but its got a lot to offer.
