I've also had them pressure me to try on frumpy pajamas when I've made it clear I'm there looking for lingerie, maybe because that's all they have in my size at that moment. And they offer free bra fitting, but it does you no good when they can't convert the size for you from UK to US sizing, which also happened to me. For the price point, it's hard for me to see the benefit to the customer of shopping here. I've gone there twice with big gift cards for my wedding trousseau, and have walked away with a not-at-all-sexy robe and some pillowcases. As a plus-size gal wanting to feel romantic and feminine, I'm deeply discouraged.

Recently, though this has all changed. Not only are they rude but very unprofessional. I was updating images of their items on my website and was annoyed that they did not have the pictures for these new items available. I emailed the webmaster, Justin, who explained that he started his own business and was not at Minor Creations very much anymore. He promised to have them update and on the site available to me by the end of the week. I checked back several times the following week and they were still not up. I emailed him a few times and received no response. Several months later I noticed the pictures were finally posted however they discontinued the styles. I had a lady who wanted to buy a few of the outfits from the my description but did not want to actually purchase them until she could at least see a picture. So I lost a potential $100+ sale. When Minor Creations appeared as an exhibitor at the ILS, I was excited to introduce my new partner to Minor Creations. I bragged about how wonderful they were and how helpful the staff was. I was disappointed the first day when we were ignored but I blamed it on being the first day of the show and they were making sure everything was good to go... the next day we returned and was ignored again. Robin, my rep was busy with a customer. My partner and I browsed their samples while we waited. The another sales rep returned to the booth and asked if we needed help, I asked for a catalog and the girl got one, but before she made her way 'all' the way back from the other side of the HUGE booth (that is sarcasm if you couldn't tell) right before she handed it too me, she turn her back to me and joined in Robin's conversation with her customer. We stood there for another 5 minutes and still hadn't been given the catalog. Finally we got tired of listening to the group crack up laughing and talk about what sounded like stuff unrelated to business and walked away.... So I gave them one last chance. I emailed them to see if we could work a deal for my upcoming 'fun party.' Most of the clothes I list on my website is from Minor Creations and the rest of the items are from another company. Minor creations does not offer drop shipping like my other supplier so I wanted to discuss what we could work out. I have emailed every address listed on the companies website, including both owners and still have not gotten a response from anyone. My first email went out the last week of May. I do not know what happened to the company, as I said I used to love them but now I refuse to use them, there is no excuse for the way they have treated me. After not hearing back from them, I removed all their products from my site and found another company with similar styles. The new company is even cheaper than Minor Creations and they do offer drop shipping! So if you don't mind posting products without pictures until the items are no longer available, like to be ignored and don't care if any of your questions are ever answered, Minor Creations is perfect for you. If you are a normal person expect better customer service than this then don't waste your time with Minor Creation!

The woman working in the store started to yell at me. I informed her I did not open it, it's a flap so you can see the item. She got very upset and I showed it to her and said it's not open it's a flap so you can only see it not touch it. After dealing with her I placed the item I had on the counter and walked out.
