I walked into the store, described to Kristy the type of gown I was looking for, and she showed me a couple that were right on point. I found my dress that afternoon. From there, I needed some alterations - I was buying the gown off the rack because we had a short time frame - and the seamstress was amazing - she made the dress fit me perfectly - it was such a smooth and stress free experience from start to finish and the gown was gorgeous. Unfortunately, their business model has changed and they will only service bikes that they sell, and they only sell the Giant brand for the most part. I was trying to give the local shop some business with a certain possibility of purchasing a new bike in the not so distant future. The shop owner was very rude and I guess they didn't need anymore customers because there's a snowball's chance in hell that I will purchase anything from this shop. They have a very superior attitude and they had turned down another customer right before we got there. Good luck with the pending recession!

But when the other 2 in my group came up and asked for her to honor a lower price on the same item she sighed and was like "I can get a manager to do that if you're gonna be mad about it." Then she didn't even do it right. My group went back up because they wanted the money off and she made another comment about us needing gas money. Real nice. My group all works in customer service jobs so we weren't being annoying even from the beginning.
