Had a great experience at this store! It looks like the new management is getting things back in order and knows about their products and customer base. The store was well organized and clean. I wasn't sure what kind of lubrication product to use with my newly purchased toy, and the (blue haired) person at the counter answered my question and gave me great information. I highly recommend this store out of any of the ones in the Lansing area. read more
