Remember that first feeling of excitement when getting your first bra?! Has that feeling faded away over the years just like the fabric and support of your bras?! If you answered yes, I'm begging you to please go visit the fine folx at Curvaceous! They are located in the Old Town district, there is plenty of street parking right out front of their adorable shop. The selection of sizes as well as attractive prints is unmatched in the area. The team members are incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and fun. It was easy to find items that fit my full figure and I quickly chose three pieces that made me giggle! I feel the price is what you'd expect from a specialty store with nicer quality items and didn't hesitate in paying the bill! Can't wait until my next girlie fix at Curvaceous where they are making under garment shopping fun and a lil sassy again! read more

The place is clean and cute, but I've not had great experiences there even though I wanted to love it as much as others seem to. They say they're super inclusive with sizing, but with (what seems to me) a rather small selection to start, I'm hard-pressed to find my size off-the-rack. I've had multiple sales associates give me lame excuses for why they don't have sizes in stock and even tell me that something on their sales floor has a poor design (okay, why are you selling it then? and telling customers you know it's not quality merchandise?!) I've also had them pressure me to try on frumpy pajamas when I've made it clear I'm there looking for lingerie, maybe because that's all they have in my size at that moment. And they offer free bra fitting, but it does you no good when they can't convert the size for you from UK to US sizing, which also happened to me. For the price point, it's hard for me to see the benefit to the customer of shopping here. I've gone there twice with big gift cards for my wedding trousseau, and have walked away with a not-at-all-sexy robe and some pillowcases. As a plus-size gal wanting to feel romantic and feminine, I'm deeply discouraged. read more

Fun little lady's intimate shop and more. It's right next to the store I came here for. They close and hour earlier than the other store. Lots of fun intimates here. Small to large sizes too. read more

I hadn't bought a bra in YEARS and was tired of my frumpy uniboob. I initially scheduled a bra-fitting for a specific dress and to find a bra to wear under a white shirt. I was shocked when I tried on the first bra recommended! It was incredible! With the guidance of the kind staff, I found a low plunge bra for the dress and 3 other beautiful bras! While looking around I also found 2 lingerie pieces. What a treasure of a store. read more

What happened to this store? They still have beautiful items but the staff...rude, and snobbish It used to be so enjoyable to go in there as the help was so pleasant and helpful She needs to hire welcoming people and it's not fun going in there ...but it is the only lingerie store around so... read more

This little lingerie shop in Old Town Lansing is great. The owner of the shop will give you a proper fitting, helping you find your ideal size. Then she asks you what you're in the market for and gets you a few things to try on. After the first couple, she asks if you want more help and even if you say yes, she goes very hands off and lets you shop around and make your own decisions. It is very low pressure, very informative, and her selection is pretty good for a small town shop. I usually get hives thinking about sales people not only handling my ladies but then handing me hundred dollar bras and telling me I have to buy them or no one will ever love me. That is NOT what Curvaceous is. She gets it. Let her get to know your ladies and help you find what makes them look fantastic. And if what you're looking for just isn't possible - She'll give you the straight and narrow about that, too. She's not looking to make bad sales and enemies. She wants you to look your best in the best fitting bra. Highly recommend you stopping in and giving it a whirl. read more

I am so happy to have this sweet and sassy little lingerie shop right in Old Town! After being improperly fitted at a large chain store and then wearing the wrong size for years and years, it was so refreshing to walk into Curvaceous, get a proper fitting and then some great recommendation based on my needs for different bras to try! I loved perusing the racks too, looking at all the beautiful styles, colors, fabrics and options. The store is a great size, not too big and overwhelming, but stocked full of just about anything you could want... whether it's something special, sleepwear, sports wear, you name it! The customer service is excellent, just the right amount of help. As a bonus, it's right next door to a fabulous clothing & gift shop, Grace Boutique, so you can double up your trip and do a little shopping for beautiful things at both stores. read more

Such a wonderful store! I was able to be fitted quickly and found so many different items I actually had to make a choice between them! She also carried swimsuits in bigger chested sizes! The store and owner were warm and friendly. I would recommend stopping by and changing your life for the better with some new undergarments. read more

I can not stress how much I love this shop! As a busty petite woman, I've always struggled to find bras that fit. ESPECIALLY after birthing and nursing 2 children. The owner of Curvaceous was so professions and helpful. She found me the PERFECT nursing/everyday bra 5 minutes after I walked in. 6 months later, the bra is still amazing! I went back and bought a sports bra 2 weeks ago. I will never buy bras anywhere else! read more

Awesome selection and what amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable ladies! Super attentive in helping to find maternity, nursing bras, and giving advice on postpartum and regular wear too. And also what a much needed local shop to fill a big gap... There aren't many places I can find my sizes in store; no more having to buy and return things online a million times to find the right fit :-) read more

Wow, what a wonderful shopping experience! I'm a woman who has sized out of VS and needing a few new items. Not only did I buy several items, I was able to try on a large variety of styles in order to find the right fit! Lauren the owner, made sure I knew how to care properly for the shapers and bras so that they would last as long as possible. The store was cute and welcoming and I know I will return when it's time for new undergarments! read more

I went in for a fitting for a nursing bra. The employee said she would place the order and it would take probably a month to get in because the company is slow to deliver. I called back after two weeks to check on the order and was told it was still not in and it would probably be another two weeks. Two weeks later I called in and the order was never placed and no one bothered to call me. I held off on getting a very much needed nursing bra so that I could order from this local shop. During the last call I was told by the owner that the nursing bras aren't selling very well so they didn't place a new order. That isn't a good excuse not to let me know. The staff seems very disorganized. The apology didn't reflect the inconvenience they caused me. read more

I have never owned a bra that fit me properly in my entire life. Bra shopping was always an exhausting and frustrating process that left me feeling insecure about my body. I had read positive reviews about Curveacious Lingerie online and decided to give them a try, and I'm so thankful I did! Lauren was so kind and knowledge! Within 20 minutes she had me fitted properly and helped me identify 10+ bras to choose from, all of them fitting me like a glove! I actually had a difficult time choosing because they were all so pretty and fit so well! I never felt pressured to spend more than I wanted, and I felt like Lauren really understood my style and fit preference to help me make the best choice for me. I left the store smiling and feeling beautiful, which has never happened from any other lingerie store! I highly recommend Curveacious Lingerie! read more

It's such a relief to have a REAL lingerie shop in town! I never felt I could fit into anything pretty with thin fabric, everything at VS is padded and...well ick. I have been totally rebuilding my bra-collection through Curvaceous now that I am wearing the proper size. I love the brands they carry for bras, robes and pj's, plus, plenty of fun lingerie. They definitely call me when something I'm looking for comes in. read more

I love them. Thank you! I had lost weight and my bras were no longer doing any justice. I have been dragging my feet. I had just bought bras a month before but they were ill fitting and falling apart. My sister and I were driving by and she wanted to stop. I came in and I got measured. I went home with bras that look great, & make me feel good. The ladies are at attention and no longer sliding out of my sides. Worth the investment,I look younger, who needs plastic surgery? not me. read more

I was blessed like all the women in our family with curves!! I work in a hospital and have always had upper back, shoulder and neck pain from the lovely ladies in front!! I actually went to a surgeon to see about a reduction to make the back/neck/shoulder pain go away. I have always read that most women wear the wrong size bra so I thought why not get a fitting. I've had "fittings" at other stores and have not been happy! Then my daughter found Lauren at Curvaceous Lingerie and I had a real fitting. I can't believe how much better I feel. The pain is pretty much all gone! Not only that but the bras I bought are actually really pretty...too often they are not at all! Big girls like to feel pretty too...and comfortable....and supported! So ladies, if you are curvy...like me....GO HERE!!! I no longer am considering a reduction...no need to since the pain is gone! Thank you Lauren for opening such a wonderful shop and for making me feel like a beautiful woman!! read more
