I was incredibly excited to get my first Cadillac. But my salesman, who i had purchased numerous vehicles from, misrepresented the vehicle to me. When I took the vehicle in approximately two weeks later telling him I couldn't get the Cadillac Camera System to work, he took my keys, went outside to check out my vehicle, came back in about ten minutes later, tossed the keys at me, advised me that the vehicle didn't have the camera system and WALKED AWAY. As far as I am concerned, this is FRAUD. Every time I talked to him about the vehicle, he told me how much I would love the camera system. He described it in detail. I am exceedingly upset. When I complained to the dealership owner, his attitude was pretty much "too bad". If I had known that the vehicle did NOT have this feature, I would NOT have bought it. I would have waited until the dealership found a vehicle that met my requirements. read more

Both sales and service are not trustworthy. Found a beautiful Chevy Trail Boss listed in their website that we were interested in purchasing so I sent a request for more info. Received an immediate response from sales that I could take a look at the vehicle, but they couldn't sell it yet as there was a recall on an airbag and they didn't know when it would be replaced, maybe a month or a year. Thought it was odd that it would have even been listed, but we had purchased a truck from them previously and had a good experience. I replied back I wasn't interested as it could not be purchased and we were needing something immediately. I began receiving a ridiculous amount of emails from their salesman and managers. So many in fact, I had to block them. I was irritated they would pester a client that way, but didn't think too much more than that. A month later the new vehicle we purchased (2 hours north of where we live) has an abs & check engine light come on simultaneously. Luckily we purchased a bumper to bumper warranty. Made an appointment with Greg Bell Service, explained the issue and let them know about the warranty we had. Dropped off vehicle and husband started getting calls immediately that it would be almost 2000.00 for a fuel injector. My husband once again told them we have a warranty that covers everything, but he was told it was expired which it was definitely not it's 48 months. Finally "the folder" with our warranty info was "located" so they understood there was no charge to us. My husband then got a voicemail stating that he needed to contact the company the warranty was through as they had an old phone number and Greg bell would not receive their check until it was corrected. Thought it was odd as the work was not still not complete but they were very worried about their check. I immediately called the warranty company and updated my husband's phone number, which I was told wasn't an issue at all, and no one could figure out the phone number that Greg bell said they had on file. Truck was supposed to be ready July 16th. Never heard a peep from Greg Bell. My husband called to find out what time the truck would be ready as that was the promised day. He was informed someone "forgot" to include the part in their shipment for the day and maybe Thursday. No apology, no mention of telling the manufacture to overnight the part due to their neglect, nothing! They weren't even going to call to let us know of the delay, but they can call to make sure a phone number (they had incorrectly) could get updated so they can get their check faster. So Thursday rolls around, big shocker no communication from Greg Bell. Husband calls, no part again but maybe Friday.... Friday rolls around, guess where I'm going with this... yes, no word from Greg Bell. Had to call again and got another lame excuse, someone else dropped the ball. Here it is now Monday, they claim they have the part but don't know if it will get finished today yet. These people are a joke! Don't waste your time! I should've had realized they were scammers when I had to block their sales team from harassing me. It's a shame as we really had a great experience when we purchased a vehicle previously, however we will never do business was with these clowns for sales or service after this. A 2 -4 hour job has taken 6 days and we do t have our truck back yet?! Update; after confirming they received the mysterious part they have been waiting for yesterday it's been more than 24 hours and truck still isn't ready! Unreliable and very untrustworthy read more

Had an issue on my car recently that required diagnostic work. Took into look at service wise and the issue could not be duplicated, no charge was done but we discussed potential issue such as an alternator. I was given a quote of what that would cost if it needed replacing into the future and labor involved. Less than a week later, same thing happens and I bring it back in to have the alternator changed. Since I had a quote, I knew what it should costs. When I received a call that it was completed nothing else was mentioned other than the car is all done and ready to be picked up. I get to pay and the amount is over $300 more than the quote was issued for! There was no reason for this. My husband then called and talked to the service person and was given "well that's what it took to complete the job" and what was provided was just a quote etc. no apology, no compensation only excuses. This is not good business when you are not being up front with customers. Very distrustful and will not be doing any business with them in the future. read more

Absolutely unimpressed with this dealership's sales and management team. I've never had to "track down" a sales person for answers so often. The inspections are not thorough as more problems were discovered after the fact and the dealership and auto shop told conflicting stories about when the vehicle would be ready. We put a down payment on a car that we ended up getting refunded because we decided to do business with another dealership that was actually communicative, non-hostile, and honest. I went in for an oil change using the coupon they sent me for $54.95. The cover letter that was address to me was for my 2021 Silverado. After I got my oil change, they wanted to charge me almost $80,00. I told them I had the coupon. They said I needed 3 more quarts of oil and that's not included in the price. They sent the manager out to me, and she said that I should have read the coupon better. I told her why you would not put that on the main letter and just on the small sheet with it being read in very small print. I also asked her if the coupon is address to me and you know the truck I drive because I am in their computer would you not have that on the main paperwork. I am 65 years old and a retired vet and retired state employee wanting to enjoy my life without being scam from agencies and companies with marketing scams. The manager made me feel it was my fault I did not read the coupon right even though it is in small print from the other print. I consider myself average bright person but after talking to her she made me feel Stupid. Shame on them. I will never go there again and would not recommend them to any of my family or friends. I rather take my retired money out of this town than ever going there again for anything. read more

They lost my support ! Bought truck with 18000 miles ! Paid for extra warranty was told bumper to bumper ! Have warning sign saying check trailer brake system take in to have them check it out! Only have put 5000 miles on it ! After 4 days in shop get told sorry it's a chaffed wire it's not covered !that will be $472 to fix told them no way they call back hr later and said ok how about $236 Told them no again went in picked it up and pd $100 for checking it out ! Seems that the saying "that you can't get good service anymore" keeps ringing truer and truer. My wife had new tires, and alignment and an oil change done at your dealership. And everything went fine, the car drove ok, and the tires were ok. Before the tires were changed, we knew that 3 out of the 4 valve stems leaked. The main seat in the valve was bad and the stems needed to be changed. With a normal tire change that I have always had the stem is changed when the tire is changed, it is what I would consider a common practice. And wouldn't even asked about it. But not at Greg bell, nope. They don't change them unless specifically asked too. Like you must walk them out like a bad dog, do up to the tire and point out the valve stem and say "Here change this part on all 4 tires and make sure they don't leak" because if you don't add the don't leak part, they will change them and not test them apparently. And they didn't ask my wife if they needed to be changed. So now this morning we were both looking at a brand-new tire, flat on the ground. I was able to get air into it and noticed the stems weren't changed. I called your dealership and talked to William Foster. He is not a morning person. He curtly informed me that there is a 20$ charge per a tire for those to be changed out and if they are not told to changed out the stems they don't. I set up an appointment to have the valve stems on all four tires changed. All I can say is investigate where you are going for service because currently you don't even get what you pay for. read more

Also had a GM family discount from my brother Mike. A new car ended up costing less than a good used one. We met Matt Marok, and he was very friendly and helpful. No games or pressure and very easy sale. Then April let us know what was available as extras but again no games or pressure. My past experiences buying a car rivaled scenes from the movie "Fargo". Not here. We happily drove home with a new Chevy Trax. Then realized that we had left our garage door opener in the old car. Had a flat tire on my way to visit family in MI. Took the vehicle to Greg Bell to have the tire patched. They did a Rope Patch, which is not a DOT approved patch, and now I have to replace a tire that has less than 19K miles on it. If I lived closer I would take it back, but can not afford to chance the 250 miles trip on a tire that is loosing air. Have to give it at least one star because 0 is not an option. I took my car to the service department six times to understand why my tires were slowly going flat. Thought it was a good idea, since I bought the car there. Was charged three times for parts that didn't fix the problem. Last time I went in to get them checked, they told me there weren't any leaks. One day later, two of my tires were completely flat. They successfully made the tire issue worse. Lesson learned...take car to a tire shop for tire issues. This would've been a one star rating, but oil changes are reasonably priced. read more

Our recent trip to the service department is getting a 5 star rating. It was basically just an oil change and tire rotation, but what made it special was that they drove us over to an area restaurant so we could have breakfast while we waited. I don't know if they do that for anyone and any service (this was our first oil change on a new car we'd purchased there a few months ago). But my goodness, did they make us feel special! Our valet told us all about the area and we enjoyed talking sports, too. This may sound silly, but the special treatment turned a routine chore into a fun outing! Everyone we've talked with here has been pleasant and professional, but more than that. They've been friendly. They aren't the closest chevy dealer to us, but it sure seems worth the drive. read more
