    New Chevy Tahoe from Victory

    Want to start off by saying the entire team at Victory did an outstanding job! I walked in wanting to trade my car in. Walked in and was welcomed by DJ and Chad. I asked for Wynter as she was the one who reached out to me via phone. It was less then 10 minutes and I was test driving a new Tahoe with Rob, the break dancing salesman. As we worked the deal I felt it was a great experience and the entire team worked as one unit to get me the best deal possible. The only part I feel bad about is taking one of your sharpest looking vehicles from your lot. Wynter thank you for your professionalism through the car buying process! As much as I go through cars I am sure I will be back again! Highly recommended Victory Chevrolet to folks!

    We have had some really bad luck lately. I'd hit a tree!! Yes, I totaled our Stratus (2003). I was in shock and had a concussion and whiplash etc. I'm a pain patient so it's been pretty difficult. So we were obviously without that car, and we had a Saturn (1994), very very old and klunky. We drove that a day or so later and hit a pot hole and IT klunked worse, as well! Though it was Pretty undriveable, we got it home. WE have gone without a car and it's been hard not being able to go more than a block with the Saturn and not having the other one. Well...I researched some cars as our friends were helping us drive places. My husband researched one place online and somehow a really nice guy named "NICK" called us back. He sounded so kind and not pushy or too "much" like some salespeople can be. He is an awesome guy and an honest salesperson. He drove Chevrolet Cruze, from Milan Michigan all the way to our house in Canton, MI! At first I'd even called him to cancel because we thought it was just too far for us to drive and we could not safely drive our klunky car. He didn't want us to wait any longer for a car. He even listened to my priority of not wanting a white car!! He drove all the way to our house and brought a beautiful black Chevrolet Cruze! Nick Hutcherson, Internet Sales Mgr at Victory Chevrolet Buick, is one of the nicest young men I've ever met. I'm not kidding and I'm not making it up. I've /we've never been treated so good by any company, let alone a car salesman (LOL)!! Usually they are kind of pushy and try to make you get things you don't want and they're in it for the money, not to help you get a car. Nick is in this to help people like us. I can see it in his manner and his style. He is a sharp dresser and loves his pug and his older Chow mix dogs and his beautiful wife who we got to see pictures of! Nick is truly in this to be helpful to people and see the smile on the faces of the people he gets a car for. He made us feel like that very much! Nick drove all the way to our home, sat down with us and gave us alot of information. He brought a black Cruze and it is beautiful and small enough, big enough and it has a great trunk that will fit my wheelchair too! He even drove our old Klunky red Saturn all the way back to MIlan, MI and he left the car with us with no money down. I even cried at first when he gave us the monthly payment amount because i knew we couldn't do it and I was afraid we'd never get a car. But he worked with us and gave us much more than we could have imagined for our old Saturn!! He gave us a great car and a great deal and we are so happy to feel normal again and mobile again too! I have to add that when we went to the showroom with him...yes we had to go back to Milan to do the paper work and see the financial counselor. We had to wait a pretty long time there, unfortunately. But you know, that was really worth the time spent because we got to hang out with a bunch of the men and they were all super awesome to us. They were chatting and sharing and showing us pictures of their pets! It was actually a fun Friday night for some of us who've been married 17 years!! We almost wanted to go get Chinese food afterwards with them!! LOL.. But it was funny because there was a couple ahead of us, and like I said, they made us wait and wait because they just had so many questions I suppose?? But you know, that just made us know that they'd spend that much time with us when it was our turn...and they did!! Nick even stayed way past his time to go home and so did the other guys! The one guy even gave me a "Frapaccinno" (spelling??) and it was a "Mocha" one and very yummy**(PSSSST thank you guys!)...We are even going to go and visit them when we are in town some day soon! We enjoyed our time and we got a great car from a really great salesman!! He did hard work and finagling to get us a deal that we couldnt refuse! We would "adopt" him if we could..(LOL)...But really, this was a great experience and sometimes it's worth the little trip to get more than what you'd ever hoped for! (Sorry for the long review, but I thought all of the info was kind of important to give you the whole experience)..thanks!

I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Williams Brothers. I should also add I traveled all the way from Davison, MI (approx 2 hr north) to make this purchase happen. Taylor knew my approximate window of arrival and when I got there he had the Pilot in front cleared of snow and warmed up and ready to go, he even opened the doors for me. Taylor is very laid back and didn't push, he just let me drive the car and ask questions as they came. Because I live so far away and my husband couldn't come he arranged for me to take the car home for 24 hr test drive. Mind you, I had done a lot of research and the car I'd drive in was an old Honda CRV so I was ready to step up but Williams Brothers and Taylor made this journey much easier. After the 24 hr test drive we discovered a couple of minor repairs needed to be made which WIlliams Brothers took care of and we settled on a price and we are now the proud owners of yet another beautiful reliable Honda. We've had the vehicle for a couple of months and couldn't be happier, and we've been on a couple of serious road trips and she's performed like a champ. I would highly recommend Williams Brothers and Taylor Brooks. While I had a very specific car in mind when I did business with them, I also did my research on them before hand. I was looking at about 5 Pilots through out the area and I could have probably gotten one a little cheaper but I believe research is key. Williams Brothers has goods reviews and I saw happy customers with my own eyes in their dealership. I researched the vehicle I wanted to buy before I got there and Taylor gave me the same information and no BS so I felt I could trust him. So if you want a great car at a fair price and to do business with professionals you can trust go see Taylor Brooks at Williams Brothers in Dundee, Michigan.

My dad's 2022 Ram 3500 diesel developed a recurring DPF issue that was documented here four times in six months. Each visit, they performed temporary fixes and cleared codes without resolving the root cause. When the DPF finally failed completely, they quoted him $3,012 and said no warranty covered it. My parents questioned this, and we collected documentation and sent it to the warranty company and dealership. We requested a denial in writing. Matt Williams reached out and wanted to schedule a meeting and suggested we trade in the truck. We continued asking for the denial in writing and he never provided one. He told my parents they 'just didn't want to pay.' Meanwhile, the manufacturer had already put out a bulletin identifying this exact problem as a manufacturing defect. The dealership never mentioned it. We did our own research, put together the paperwork (the same invoices and service records the dealership already had) and sent it to the warranty company ourselves. The warranty company reversed their initial denial and approved the repair. We took the truck to Monroe Dodge, where it was fixed under warranty within a week. Our cost was $350 instead of $3,012. Monroe Dodge assigned a senior diesel mechanic, found a more thorough repair was needed than what Williams Brothers quoted, covered extra parts at no charge, and offered shuttle service. Night and day difference. If we had trusted Williams Brothers and not done our own research, my parents would have paid over $3,000 for a repair that was covered the entire time. After years of loyalty and hundreds of thousands of dollars in vehicle purchases, this is how they treated us. We will never return.
