Coming from a 2023 Limited, I wanted more features without breaking the bank. Danielle went above and beyond, locating exactly what I wanted at another dealership and arranging delivery within a day. As an automotive professional, it's frustrating to see customers misled by poor technical…read moreexplanations from a dealership that should know better. We recently had a customer come to us extremely upset after visiting this dealership, and for good reason -- he was given blatantly incorrect and misleading information about a transmission we installed. The vehicle was fitted with a Jasper remanufactured transmission, which includes a new torque converter as part of the unit. The dealership told the customer the torque converter had not been replaced. This claim is false and also impossible to verify without removing the transmission -- something they did not do. They also told the customer the transmission contained the "wrong fluid." Again, this is an unsubstantiated claim. Fluid type cannot be identified without taking a sample and having it tested, which was not performed. The transmission was filled with Mobil 1 Full Synthetic LV HP, exactly as required by Jasper. To add to the misinformation, the dealership pointed out a zip-tied shifter cable as if it were related to the transmission install. The vehicle arrived in that condition, and this is a very common, well-documented issue on these Chevrolet trucks. The manufacturer has since updated the part. Replacing the shifter cable is a separate repair, requiring additional labor and cost (typically around $500), which the customer had already declined due to budget limitations. Providing customers with technically inaccurate information -- especially information that cannot be verified without disassembly -- is irresponsible and creates unnecessary confusion and stress. We stand fully behind our work, which was completed to Jasper's exact specifications. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others to question the accuracy of technical explanations given here.

They may be in the used car business but they are definitely not your typical used car people! They value return customers they are professional and honest! They sincerely care about their customers & their situations! As naïve or dumb people may think this sounds - out of the 3 cars I have purchased from them I never test drove any of them that's how much I trust them! 1st car had for 10 years the 2nd car was my daughter's first car & we had it for 6 years & the 3rd car I just purchased was again for my daughter! It is so amazing to have people you can trust when making this sort of purchase especially when you're putting your kids behind the wheel ! You cannot buy that kind of peace of mind ! I recently purchased my second car here, after the first met it's demise in an accident (RIP to my Malibu...we had some fun together.). Looking for a new car out of necessity and not choice can be a stressful experience. But coming here made it smooth as possible. I hadn't stepped foot on the lot in 5 years but the moment I returned they recognized me not only by name but remembering what kind of car I bought from them previously. Impressive! :) The lot isn't huge, but the inventory is always rotating. I was able to find a few good options that fit what I was looking for. Ray and Eric gave me open and honest assessments of each vehicle and, despite what other reviews have said, the Car Fax report was readily available to see for each of them. I test drove a couple options, and finally settled on an Impala that was in great shape with low mileage. The car looked great but I mentioned aloud how I wished it had a spoiler to look a little more sporty. The guys took note of my comment and immediately offered to work with me to get a spoiler ordered and put on, so I could have just the car I wanted. Fast and easy! After that they were able to take care of all the paperwork and title transfer, all I had to do was come back and pick up the car. One of the best things offers an excellent warranty on all of their vehicles that covers all major (and a lot of minor) issues. It came to good use with my old car, when the transmission needed replacing and I didn't have to come out of pocket so much as a penny for it! The warranty is not something you often find with a used vehicle, and it's definitely nice to have that extra peace of mind. Thanks Certified Motors for turning an initially stressful situation into a smooth one. I always know I'm in good hands here.

Wael was courteous and knowledgeable about classic cars, and he had a surprisingly good selection. Further, he offered to keep an eye out for clean versions of a few of my bucket-list projects. Ultimately, I bought a great, low-mileage Land-rover Defender 110 that was very clean and honestly represented at a fair price. Wael agreed (and took his own time) to take the vehicle to an inspection of my choice prior to the purchase. The inspection confirmed the condition of the vehicle represented. After that, the negotiation was minimal, the sales process simple, and the registration/titling was all handled thoroughly. Wael even followed-up in person with the Secretary of State to ensure all the paperwork was correctly processed. I'd gladly recommend Classic City Cars to anyone.

My review of Crest Ford and my buying experience one month into ownership…read more On November 14th, I purchased a certified pre-owned 2019 Ram 1500 with 55,168 miles, which was advertised as being covered by their Ford Blue Advantage 3 month/4,000 mile warranty. The truck was priced reasonably, and at first the buying process seemed straightforward. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands- unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. Here's why: 1) They refused to negotiate on price at all, not even slightly, but I still decided to move forward. When submitting my credit application, I clearly told Lee Samaha over the phone not to run my credit more than once and only with a bank they were confident would give me a solid rate. Despite this, they ran my credit three separate times, resulting in three hard inquiries on my credit report. My request was COMPLETELY ignored. Had I known this would happen, I would've gone straight to my credit union and handled financing myself. 2) The finance manager, Tim Rotarius, initially told me the interest rate the bank approved me for, and I agreed to it. However, when we were signing paperwork, he sneakingly increased the rate by 0.25%. At first I thought it was a mistake- until I saw the final documents reflected the higher rate. I immediately called him out and made him change it back. He tried to brush it off as an "accident," but I wasn't buying it. We ALLLL know dealerships receive kickbacks for marking up interest rates, so it was obvious what was happening. 3) 19!!!!!!! days after purchase, on December 2nd, the truck left me stranded and had to be towed to a Ram dealership. I was without a vehicle for an entire week while they diagnosed the issue. The problem ended up being a bad starter. Despite the starter being a covered component under the CPO warranty, the warranty company has given me the runaround. I had to pay $770 out of pocket, and now I'm being told reimbursement could take up to eight weeks. I hadn't even made my first car payment yet and was already forced to shell out $700 for repairs. Meanwhile, Crest wouldn't negotiate even a dollar off the purchase price- Petty, to say the least. I purchase a newer pre-owned vehicle roughly every two years. Needless to say, I will never return to Crest Ford or any Crest Automotive Group dealership again.
