( Traded in a running driving stopping S10 truck worth more then I got.) Everything is wrong with this thing , I MEAN EVERYTHING IMPORTANT. On my way home the Brake light went on, (brakes still working) I called them immediately in the car BEFORE I even got home and told them, They asked me If I had tried the Emergency brake I said no, but I will and It didn't work. Then they said come back next week they would look at it, Sherry assured me they would take care of it. So I call the next week, they couldn't look at it yet, and I discovered the brake system had foreign substance in it. While waiting I found out the knock sensors were bad and the speedo was off, it's running faster then actual speed also the Emergency brake system didn't work. I called two repair places they both told me the whole system would have to be replaced, of course they hadn't looked at it. Soon found out much more was wrong with the Jeep. I brought it in to signature and they told me to wait another week. So I bought some parts for it and brought it in to them the next week. I Bought the Jeep on the 7th. called them that night then went in about the 10th then brought the Jeep in on the 16th, was told to wait, then brought it back on the 21st and they took it until I got it back on the 29th of Nov. It took them 8 days to get to it, they flushed the system and replaced both rear calipers, (the bleeders had broken off when they drained the system) They also replaced the knock sensors I had bought, that the code reader said needed to be fixed. I had ran the reader trying to find the problem with the brake light, no Engine light had come on. Later found out the Engine light doesn't work at all. Again the speedo was way off reading faster then actual speed. (37 read, actual was 25 used a gps app to find that out) At this point I had asked them twice to take it back and refund my money or trade it for another Jeep, they refused and sent me to another shop to find out about the speedometer. The other shop (also used a speed app) said the cluster was bad and had been replaced before. And needed to be replaced again. So I Immediately brought it right back to Signature and asked AGAIN for a refund or exchange they flat out refused, even after I told them the brake light was back on already. He didn't care and told me he wasn't going to fix the Emergency brake or anything else because he had to replace the rear calipers and didn't charge me for them. So after all that I bring the Jeep home and wanted to move the better tires from the back to the front, when I did this I looked to see if I could find were the E-brake was broke at or maybe what I could do to fix it. Found the entire system was missing. Nothing to Fix there is NOTHING THERE, all gone but the cables. NO backing plates, no nothing, cant even buy the internal parts to fix it without the backing plates, they come riveted to the rear end and the rear end has to come apart to install new ones.. I called them again told them about the Emergency brake system is missing and that the check Engine light is non functional. They are no longer returning my calls. I had put less then 125 miles on the Jeep. Next I had to put it in a trans shop, wasn't shifting into first without hitting the gas then it drops in. They had it a day. Now 350 bucks later they tell me what I already knew was wrong and put it in writing. They did fix the trans issue, was low on fluid and needed a new filter, then they told me the filler tube was broken and tied on to look like it worked. WOW. (Still needs to be fixed) So I made a complaint to the Secretary of State, they basically told me to get a lawyer. I'm a Disabled Vet in poor health and had saved my money to buy a nice Jeep, and got taken, BAD, and have the proof, but SOS informs me this is a buyer beware state and suggested I file a Civil suit. BUYER BEWARE OF SIGNATURE AUTO is my advice. When you by A car (especially from a Dealer) you expect it to drive and stop safely, at least for a while. The Owner should be ASHAMED of the way his business is run. My wife and I Would and Will discourage anyone from going there to buy a car.

Unsafe, Dishonest, and Unprofessional - Avoid This Dealership at All Costs…read more  On July 14, 2025, I brought my car to this dealership for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. The inspection report I received stated that my brakes, rotors, and drums were "checked and okay," with my front brake pads listed at a depth of 9 and my rear pads at 6. Exactly two weeks later, I had to bring my car back because my brakes were making loud, scraping noises. I was then told my front brake pads and rotors were worn metal-to-metal and had to be completely replaced. Somehow, my front brake pads supposedly went from a depth of 9 to 0 in just 14 days--something that is not realistic unless they were never inspected in the first place.   When I questioned the service advisor, I was told that "lube technicians" don't check brakes if a tire rotation isn't performed. I had to remind her that I did have a tire rotation during my last visit. She then changed her explanation, saying these "lube technicians" are not certified to do physical brake inspections and only look at the outer brake pads--not the inner ones. This directly contradicts the inspection report I was given, which would lead any reasonable person to believe a proper inspection had been performed. If what I was told is true, then my inspection report was falsified, which is not just sloppy work--it's dangerous negligence. They knowingly gave me a document stating that critical safety components on my vehicle were fine when in reality, they weren't even properly inspected. I trusted that my car was safe to drive with my two children inside. The truth? We were driving around for two weeks in a vehicle that could have had catastrophic brake failure at any moment. If that had happened, the outcome could have been tragic. We could have been seriously injured or killed, all because this dealership chose to mislead me about my car's condition.   I choose a dealership over cheaper service centers specifically because I believe I'm paying for quality work by certified, competent professionals who will keep my family safe. Instead, this dealership is putting customers' lives at risk by letting uncertified workers handle inspections and by giving false safety assurances.   To make matters worse, neither I nor my father (who has called multiple times) have received a return call from the service manager--despite leaving multiple messages. My father even reached out to the GM, but still--silence. This isn't just bad customer service--it's complete disregard for accountability. I am a return service customer here, and this brake replacement alone cost me over $1,400. The very least they could do is acknowledge the situation and own up to their mistakes.   This entire experience has left me with zero trust in this dealership. My car was purchased new in 2022 and has fewer than 50,000 miles. Yet somehow, my brakes were allowed to wear down to a dangerous point immediately after being declared "okay." This is unacceptable, unsafe, and unethical.   Now, I am left wondering: if they can falsify an inspection on something as critical as brakes, what else are they willing to misrepresent? Every future visit would leave me questioning whether my car is truly safe for me and my children. That trust is gone forever, and so is my business.   I will never return to this dealership, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. Safety should never be optional, yet this dealership treats it as an afterthought.

I located the Niro on Autotrader in February and was eventually connected to salesperson Sam in the Used Kia department of the dealership. Making a deal on the purchase price went smoothly as the dealership wasn't willing to negotiate, but they were offering a very competitive price so I did not push very hard for a lower price. I worked extremely hard to make a fair comparison across multiple dealerships, and the Certified Niro at Jeffrey won out, if only by a little. There was a bit of haggling with Paul in the finance department over the warranty. Even at the best pricing, I was only able to capture a 120k mile Platinum warranty for $2100. I strongly urge anyone reading this and purchasing an additional warranty here to check with Lucas and or Craig with Kia of Muncie, if you are looking to buy additional warranty, as Lucas and Craig were able to offer a 10 year 150k mile Platinum warranty for $1864 as opposed to the $2100 120k mile warranty I ended up buying at Jeffrey. In addition, I made a tremendous mistake by not asking about the full condition of the vehicle prior to agreeing to buy it. Having purchased numerous Certified Pre-Owned vehicles in the past, I had always assumed that Certified meant that the vehicle was in superior condition. Upon getting the car home, I discovered a large tear in the driver's seat on the left side. With the tear on the left side, it made it somewhat difficult to see upon entering as this part of the seat faced towards the inside of the car. This was a sizeable mistake on my part and I will not be making the assumption about Certified Pre-Owned again, and will likely not be purchasing a Kia Certified Pre-Owned again due to the lower standards I now believe they have for labeling vehicles as such. I have made multiple requests to the salesperson to see if they would reconcile the issue and at this point it is my belief that they have no intention to do so. It is absolutely my fault for not ensuring the condition before driving it off the lot, but I honestly never anticipated an issue such as this from a Certified Pre-Owned, so take away from it what you will. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle site unseen from Jeffrey Kia, I would also strongly urge you to request all photos from the interior and ensure that the condition is top quality. Overall I am satisfied with the transaction process but disappointed in the vehicle's quality. It is especially disappointing given that I knew about the lower priced warranty before closing and could have switched at the last minute, but I had already given my word to purchase the additional Platinum from Jeffrey and did not want to go back on the deal I had made verbally. There were a few additional disappointments but I am not going to go into detail on those at this time.
