I recently purchased my second car here, after the first met it's demise in an accident (RIP to my Malibu...we had some fun together.). Looking for a new car out of necessity and not choice can be a stressful experience. But coming here made it smooth as possible. I hadn't stepped foot on the lot in 5 years but the moment I returned they recognized me not only by name but remembering what kind of car I bought from them previously. Impressive! :) The lot isn't huge, but the inventory is always rotating. I was able to find a few good options that fit what I was looking for. Ray and Eric gave me open and honest assessments of each vehicle and, despite what other reviews have said, the Car Fax report was readily available to see for each of them. I test drove a couple options, and finally settled on an Impala that was in great shape with low mileage. The car looked great but I mentioned aloud how I wished it had a spoiler to look a little more sporty. The guys took note of my comment and immediately offered to work with me to get a spoiler ordered and put on, so I could have just the car I wanted. Fast and easy! After that they were able to take care of all the paperwork and title transfer, all I had to do was come back and pick up the car. One of the best things offers an excellent warranty on all of their vehicles that covers all major (and a lot of minor) issues. It came to good use with my old car, when the transmission needed replacing and I didn't have to come out of pocket so much as a penny for it! The warranty is not something you often find with a used vehicle, and it's definitely nice to have that extra peace of mind. Thanks Certified Motors for turning an initially stressful situation into a smooth one. I always know I'm in good hands here.

I thought they would be there, because they made it sound like they were reliable. But it was more like sorry out of luck. I would sue, but how do people like me sue. Honestly, I would prefer public transportation over coming to Certified Junk Motors. Do NOT waste your money. They are soooo nice too, it is all a big lie. Do not help them make money off of you. Spread the word. Certified motors is certified to screw you out of your money.

When I first purchased my 2017 Kia Sportage from A&B Motors, I was genuinely impressed with the…read morecustomer service. Albert was responsive, replaced a failed battery shortly after purchase, and the dealership worked with me to address several concerns. Because of that experience, I intentionally held off on leaving a review while the repair process was underway, hoping I would ultimately be able to leave a positive one. Unfortunately, my experience changed over the following weeks. Within four days of purchasing the vehicle, I reported an intermittent rough idle and other drivability concerns in writing. The vehicle was returned for inspection and repairs through Paul's Auto Service. Later inspection records documented excessive oil leakage and oil intrusion into an electrical connector. After those repairs, the vehicle developed additional engine issues, including ignition-related misfire codes. Throughout the process, I continued communicating with the dealership professionally and documented each step. I asked for written explanations regarding the inspection findings and whether the later engine issues had been evaluated in light of the documented oil intrusion. Instead, I was ultimately advised that the remaining issues were considered routine maintenance, and on June 26, 2026, I was told, "I cannot help." What disappointed me most was not that the vehicle required repairs. Used vehicles can develop problems. My disappointment was that concerns I documented within days of purchase were ultimately characterized as routine maintenance, and I was left responsible for additional repair costs without receiving the written technical explanation I had requested. I believe in giving businesses an opportunity to make things right, and I did exactly that over several weeks before deciding to leave this review. I hope A&B Motors will reconsider how it handles situations where customers promptly report significant vehicle concerns immediately after purchase.

I decided to first select a small Used car lot very close to where I was staying and it ended up to be very fruitful. the owner, Tim was very knowledgeable, very cordial, very easy to work with, and very polite. Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I recently purchased a vehicle from City Wide Auto Sales, and within less than 24 hours of driving it off the lot, the check engine light came on. After having the vehicle diagnosed, I was informed that it had multiple issues, including a mass air flow sensor problem, an air filter issue, a "fuel system too lean" code, and a battery voltage error. Given the number of codes that appeared so quickly after purchase, I found it highly unlikely that these problems developed within a single day of ownership. I contacted the dealership in an attempt to discuss the situation and work toward a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner became very irate and defensive. He stated that he did not have to do anything for me and accused me of falsely claiming that the engine codes had been cleared before the sale. At no point did I accuse anyone of wrongdoing. I simply expressed my concern that a vehicle would display several warning codes less than 24 hours after being sold. Rather than offering assistance or showing any concern for a customer who had just purchased a vehicle, I was met with hostility and dismissiveness. Buying a car is a major investment, and customers deserve transparency, honesty, and professional treatment when issues arise. Based on my experience. I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from City Wide Auto Sales. Very disappointed with both the condition of the vehicle and the way my concerns were handled. I'm attaching
