I don't even own a Cadillac, and I will be making this my new service provider. From the moment I called to schedule my oil change, I was treated with more respect and care than at the dealer I purchased my Chevrolet from. The service was quick, and they texted me after drop off to keep a 'live' update of my service. One downfall was that the price of my oil change was a bit higher than the Chevy dealer, however it was worth it for the difference in customer service/friendliness I received from genesis over Moran (who after failing to fix a factory issue with my car said "she's baaacckk" as I entered to pick up my vehicle) When I came to pick up the vehicle, Ryan the tech, was VERY helpful in explaining everything we were discussing as far as what the vehicle would need done to it coming up, how much it'd cost, etc. And as he went through my paperwork noted that there was a small discount applied to my bil, that I thought was VERY thoughtful, and good business as I had made mention of Chevy being slightly less extensive. I was most satisfied with the follow up email I received from the service manager Kris Gartside, whether it's a generic email, or he took the time to type it himself, I appreciated the context and existence of such efforts. read more

She not only is very knowledgeable about the vehicles she sells/leases, but she displays a genuine concern for her customers' well-being and satisfaction with the total delivery of their new cars. It is one thing to initially sell or lease a car to a customer, but it takes a lot more to keep them loyal and therefore making them return. The service department also offers great client service which is both considerate, timely and complete a well. While searching the Cars App in March 2020 I located a nice 2020 XT5 Premium Luxury Cadillac at St.Clair Shores, Mi. While staying in Michigan, for about 6 months for work I began looking for a new car. My lease was nearing expiration on my BMW. I've had 3 Cadillacs in the past and seriously wanted to go back. Just purchased a 2020 CT6 Luxury Premium. Great Car. Love it! I had located the car online and scheduled a test drive. The day before the test drive, unexpectedly, the sales person ( Alec Klott) took live videos of the car so I was more prepared when I arrived for the test drive. I asked Alec to accompany me on the test drive to show me all the features of the CT6 and I was glad I did. There are lot's of options on this car he showed me that I did not even know existed. I had been to nearly every Cadillac dealer in the metro area for a 2018 CT6 w/ Super Cruise, and Genesis simply had the best price, and by many thousands of dollars. The previous week I had looked at a 2017 CT6 Platinum (without Super Cruise) at Suburban Cadillac in Troy -- The car had nearly double the miles of the 2018 at Genesis and the price was nearly $5k MORE at Suburban!
