WARNING!!!! Poor service and a complete lack of urgency from the service department! Dropped off car early for 11am appointment and left with it will be done by 1pm. Stopped back to get car at 3pm and still not done. 3:45 pm now and still waiting. Please keep in mind this poor service is after already scheduling mobile service on line only to be called and cancelled for some unknown reason with the offer for the 11am appt. for oil change and tire rotation. Exceptional experience! When we arrived Jordan had both cars we were interested in and had talked on the phone about, already pulled out and ready for us to look at. It was an easy choice to pick the 2024 Nautilus we chose when seeing both vehicles we discussed side by side. We took it for a test drive and were impressed with the vehicle and more so with Jordan. He talked about many of the features of the vehicle along our drive and when we arrived back he went over more features and details of the vehicle. He made it easy to make my choice to buy. First off, what they could improve on is not lying to a prospective buyer! I thought I was buying a Lincoln Nautilus 2025 demo car that just had some miles on it. I was trying to save some money since the newer built cars come at a heavier price due to tariffs. The salesman drove the Nautilus to my home for me to look at. The car looked great and I was going to proceed with the purchase as soon as I could get it insured. At the last minute, before the sale, I discovered that the car had been in an accident. Crest Lincoln repaired the damage in their body shop then put the car out for sale without telling me anything about the accident up front, or even when the salesman brought the car to my home!!! Further, after all that, if I had wanted to purchase the car, I was told that they would NOT lower the price after I asked. I just wanted to see how bad this dealership really was. WOW ! Deceitful and cheap!!! The very next day, I went to another Lincoln dealership and bought the very same car. This time, my experience was very pleasant, smooth and HONEST! I came across the perfect deal. I got a 2022 Lincoln aviator black label CPO with sticker price of 90+k after tax title and registration but with only 9k miles I paid a little over 65k. I worked with Shawn Johnson. I strongly recommend this dealership specifically working with this manager. I was very hesitant at first I. Purchasing a vehicle out of state (I live in Illinois) while I was deployed but Shawn made me feel extremely comfortable during the whole process. Made an appointment to test drive a Nautilus, found what we thought would be the perfect match. After spending a couple hours chatting with Miles in Pre-Owned. We thought we had found a great match after being told that he would be contact over the weekend to let us know where everything was as far as numbers and such there was no communication. We had everything else that was needed from the bank as far as the pre-approval and such. Waiting patiently now Saturday (Miles mentioned he would provide an update by 11am) there was noting. So we thought Monday we would receive an update. There wasn't not even a courtesy call of where things might have been. All that was received was a generic TEXT MESSAGE letting us know that car that we were hoping for had been sold. No other alternative or communication which I believe was just poor customer services. We have used Crest in the past for service on our Lincoln Vehicle's which will never happen again. I just got home with my new (to me) car. My experience at Crest was wonderful. First of all, my salesman in the pre-owned building was Tim Stasinski. Tim went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was limited in what I could spend, and it took a lot of work on Tim's part to make things work with the SUV I wanted. He made the whole experience pleasant. Also, before I left, he made it a point to tell me I could always e-mail him with any questions, and he'd be available (even evenings and week-ends). I also worked with Angela, the finance manager, and again, she was just as nice as she could be. By the way, Tim made sure I had a full tank of gas. Oh, and Crest gives you 3 months of Sirius radio. I am an outside salesman and I can be highly judgmental of customer service by another salesman - these guys just went above and beyond. -Both salesmen we dealt with were nothing but respectful and accommodating. Even when there was a discrepancy on lease price, the salesman never seemed frustrated or got rude - he simply worked to find a solution we were both happy with. -Both salesmen stayed late on a Saturday and were more than helpful. They showed off a new continental after hours with me - as If they weren't in a rush to get out of there. -Numerous times the phrase "whatever it takes - as long as you're happy. Well do whatever it takes" was used. Along with "can I get you anything to drink? Anything you need?" They ended up delivering the car to the house for my girlfriend. With a gift of flowers and a (sealed) bottle of grey goose as a thank you. We signed all the paperwork at our kitchen table and the delivery guy took his time to explain all the features with my girlfriend. Just an absolute class act. A+. I was a loyal Buff Whelan customer for years primarily due to my A plan status with Chevy (thanks dad!) but have now acquired said status at Ford as well due to my boyfriend. My American car options now virtually limitless (no, Chrysler is now DAIMLER) I began to search print and online ads for deals. I finally decided on a Milan and began randomly calling Mercury dealers. The salesman at Crest was the only one who offered to search inventory at other dealer's lots and the payment was $20 cheaper than any other place. SOLD! Then last week I went in to get my free first oil change and have the transmission looked at in the service department. I called expecting extraordinarily long wait times but was told to bring it right in AND I would get a free rental since the transmission tech was out until the next day. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. to a rental with the heat on and a clerk holding my door. My typical service experience at dealerships involves me circling the help desk bristled up like a junk yard dog but I have to say Crest was a refreshing surprise and HIGHLY recommended even if you didn't purchase your vehicle there. I purchased a 2021 Nautilus demo here Dec 6, 2021. There was a small door ding that I asked to have fixed. They agreed to fix it. I made an appointment to have the dent repaired, drove an hour and a half from my house to get there only to find out the repair person was out sick. I understand that happens, so I made another appointment the next week, drove another hour and a half to find out the repair person was sick again. No one bothered to call and let me know not to come as they weren't able to fix my car during my scheduled appointments. Now a month later, I had the dent repaired at my expense. I asked the dealership for reimbursement and have not received a response. This isn't the first vehicle I purchased from this dealership, however it is the first time I tried to have service performed here. So I just participated in the #LincolnDateNight experience and while I can't comment on the service department or actually purchasing a vehicle from Crest, I do want to make a few notes about my visit. I picked up the 2015 MKC on Thursday and left my car there overnight. Michael went over all of the features of the vehicle with me, and answered any questions that I had. When I returned on Friday he asked me my opinion, but not once did he turn into the typical pushy car salesman that we are all used to. While I'm not in the market to buy a car right now, he never asked anything cheesy like "so, what can we do to get you into this new car today?", you know, those lines that haunt you every time you even think about shopping for a new car. He gave me some ballpark prices and that was it. However, when I got out to my car, that's when the real magic happened. He had mentioned that they would give it a wash and put some gas in it, but I came back to my 2014 Subaru Outback with a full tank of gas, a nice clean exterior and a spotless interior! I have 2 dogs, one who sheds horribly, and my seats haven't been this clean in a year! They truly went above and beyond, especially for someone who wasn't even in the market. Ford Motor Co FINALLY recalled my 2008 Mercury for an ABS problem that they have been tracking since at least 2016. So once again I called my neighborhood Lincoln dealer, Bob Maxey. Two miles from home. The second time my brakes went out in February of 2017 I took it to them and they repaired it for $1199.67. I complained that the Federal government was investigating this exact problem but I had to pay the bill. So I called Maxey on April 16 to schedule the repair. They said they did not have the right equipment. Remember, they had already done the repair once in 2017. So for the second time I could not get Maxey to do a recall repair (airbag) and turned to Crest Ford in Centerline. Crest scheduled the repair for April 20 and I received a text confirmation before hanging up the phone. Todd Cheatham was my service guy. He had the work done in less than 24 hours, took my receipt from 2017 and said he would submit it for refund, and told me he would call if it looked like it would be longer than three weeks. I got the check today, 18 days later. Thanks Crest Ford and Todd Cheatham. Todd said there is a second airbag recall in process. Wonder where I will go. read more

Bought a '10 Grand Caravan. Mike was my salesman and did a fine job. He was prepared to show multiple cars and did a good job of finding cars that that had the options I was looking for. I ended up having to leave and come back a couple times (one of those being an "extended" test drive) and the process never slowed. The financing went pretty smooth and I was on the road. Everyone was polite and professional. I will not hesitate to buy from Mike and Crest Lincoln-Mercury again. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is because two days after sale I now have a check engine light (faulty gas cap, easy) and [brake pad wear indicators making noise (also easy)]* and the radio stops working at times (Hopefully it's in the radio, annoying though); none of which happened on the test drive or the first day of owning the van. These aren't necessarily the Dealers fault, but it is disappointing. My wife also got a speeding ticket because the van rides so smooth and quietly compared to the 2006 PT Cruiser we traded in, she didn't realize how fast she was driving. Lol *7/2 edit-Had brakes checked and pads/rotors are like new. Hope noise will go away, but could be type of pad. read more

After 15 days waiting for various repairs, and when it was returned, we had to take it back because of a loose underbody pan that was dragging on the ground after only having the car for an hour. After 2 weeks, a conversation with their superior made me realize that they were putting words into my mouth. The usual used car sales game they played with me does not matter. In the end, it boils down to this - they did not want me to have a 3rd party inspection done on a CPO we were interested in. Be aware!! If you are considering to buy a used car from this dealership, get a 3rd party inspection - even if you are thinking about a CPO. Over the years, we've dealt with many dealerships. At times even when the car is a CPO from Lincoln / Cadillac and it does not have any accidents reported on the Carfax, some are involved in accidents and repaired.
