I recently purchased my second car here, after the first met it's demise in an accident (RIP to my Malibu...we had some fun together.). Looking for a new car out of necessity and not choice can be a stressful experience. But coming here made it smooth as possible. I hadn't stepped foot on the lot in 5 years but the moment I returned they recognized me not only by name but remembering what kind of car I bought from them previously. Impressive! :) The lot isn't huge, but the inventory is always rotating. I was able to find a few good options that fit what I was looking for. Ray and Eric gave me open and honest assessments of each vehicle and, despite what other reviews have said, the Car Fax report was readily available to see for each of them. I test drove a couple options, and finally settled on an Impala that was in great shape with low mileage. The car looked great but I mentioned aloud how I wished it had a spoiler to look a little more sporty. The guys took note of my comment and immediately offered to work with me to get a spoiler ordered and put on, so I could have just the car I wanted. Fast and easy! After that they were able to take care of all the paperwork and title transfer, all I had to do was come back and pick up the car. One of the best things offers an excellent warranty on all of their vehicles that covers all major (and a lot of minor) issues. It came to good use with my old car, when the transmission needed replacing and I didn't have to come out of pocket so much as a penny for it! The warranty is not something you often find with a used vehicle, and it's definitely nice to have that extra peace of mind. Thanks Certified Motors for turning an initially stressful situation into a smooth one. I always know I'm in good hands here.

Within the first month of owning it I noticed the upper ball joint on one side was completely wasted. Well today I went for an oil change and they did a basic inspection. Basically the entire suspension is shot and the car is missing the front drive shaft because the pinion gear is no good. Guess what. Suspension work isn't covered under their so called "warranty". The technician told me it would cost $76.00 for each sensor, plus $200.00 in labor and additional fees and taxes. I then checked the Cadillac website and saw that the sensors were listed online for $47.00 each. AJ would never have done something like that to me. He was understanding and always made sure to take care of you. I will now be going to Cadillac in Warren or Chevrolet in Eastpointe, as I have never had any problems with them.
