The prices on the cars were fair and better then other used car dealerships. Kipp was great at narrowing down my car preferences, Pat handled my paperwork quickly, and I as even able to trade in my 2006 SUV for a fair trade . I walked in just to look and walked out a very happy customer with a great new ride. Pat even gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I am 100% satisfied and recommend that everyone go to Victory Motors for a new used vehicle.

Prior to this, I had purchased all of my cars from Facebook Marketplace (or Craigslist!) because I was avoiding what I thought was going to be a very high pressure/"salesy" situation. I purchased the car sight unseen and showed up about a week later to take delivery. Their team was flexible with my appointment time, and even sent a team member to come and pick me up from work in Birmingham. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready. I sat down with their Finance Manager, Daniel, who made the paperwork process seamless - I expected this to take 30 minutes at least (it probably took 15 at most), I was amazed by how fast and easy it was. While in finance, the sales manager, Mak, introduced himself and took the time to check in and make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns at that point. I took delivery, which was probably the longest part of the process was learning about the car! I was in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour. 5 star experience! A total joke of an experience, then offered to buy it back and sell me a new one for twice as much as I paid for the one I bought from them. They also had my truck for over a week and offered no loaner. Telling me the had none ! I had no choice to file a claim with GM Corp. which is still pending as of today. Please BEWARE of this dealership !

This is my 6th leased vehicle and I learned so much from my salesman, Dave Crowder. He was patient, informative and made sure he found the right buyer for my trade-in. I test drove 3 vehicles and he walked me through each one. With Dave's persistence I got the exact vehicle I was looking for with additional options, color, interior, etc. I never felt rushed and doing business at the end of the month is always tricky. I told this specific person, along with every other problem, I stated in that report that the car was overheating and leaking something. They checked it and they said, nope no leaks..? They knew this, but did not fix it. I went there three separate times because my service engine light came on. This all happened in seven days. Instead, I took it to Oreillys to get a second option on the scan. There it was- Lost Communication With Engine Coolant Pump Control Module and my emission status now says yellow, whereas before this accident, it was green. Of course they said it was my fault. No emission light came while they were running the codes. I find that extremely hard to believe. Take it or leave it as far the service center goes, I am just stating my own experience.

We ended up parking over by the service area, since the front area is at an awkward spot in the corner. We had another male sales man greet us after the receptionist asked what we needed help with. Rich C. ended up chatting with us towards the end of our visit. He's the same sales person that had dealt with my mom's last purchase many years ago. My mother was able to get an idea of size of an Escape (ICE) and a Bronco Sport. Rich and his team member were both friendly and helpful and made my mother feel quite comfortable and at ease too.
