Was never acknowledged or asked if I needed help. After they went to other customers that came in after me, I asked why I wasnt being helped. Was told" I needed to get in line at the other registers", yet there was an order pickup desk and NOBODY asked if I needed help, even though I was standing right next to the guy at the registers. COMPLETE lack of customer service and NO REASON to order online for easier pickup as you are ignored and no designated customer service for that. WHAT A JOKE-WILL NOT EVER RETURN AND WILL LET ORDER CANCEL.

I heard this place had a good rep by some Dundee locals. They test drove it and heard the noise, then put it on a hoist and checked everything on the front end. Thier conclusion was I need 2 lower ball joints and 2 sway bar end links. Quote to fix $600. I made an appointment for the next week. I called back days later and got a quote for ball joints only and skip the sway bar links. new quote for less work by a different guy... $635! Something not right here. We'll it kept gnawing at me that $600 or 635 was too much for that type of repair. I used to work on cars when I was young and had more time and less money. So I called a few other places that I used to go to when I lived in Adrian. Brakes and More = $519 Small. shop =$420 Larrys Muffler = 360 Hmmm. So I cancelled my appointment with Juckettes and made one with Larrys muffler. Well Larrys Muffler checks it out and determines that the sway bar end links are indeed bad.... but the 2 lower ball joints were fine and needed NOTHING. Cost to replace 2 sway bar end links ...$168 at Larrys Muffler. I almost spent $600. Was it an honest mistake or was I being suckered? You decide. I am giving the benefit of the doubt with 2 stars instead of 1.... with the conclusion that they're just really damn expensive." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- End review of Juckettes. Thanks Larrys Muffler for being honest. I guess it's worth the 30 miles drive to get service from you guys.

I have a 2011 Honda CRV due to an engine light. Traced it to a EVAP solenoid near the fuel tank…read more Replaced it, ran for a week, like came back on. Left the vehicle overnight again, replace charcoal canister. Ran another week, light came back on. Finally recommend I take it to a dealership... Upon picking the vehicle up to take in to the dealership, I inspected the car at home. Service department had broken at air cleaner mounting stud, failed to lock the middle seat in the seated position (left a screw driver, carpet roller back, failed to reinstall the fuel tank access cover (cover off, screws laying on the floor), complete backyard mechanic/I don't care actions. Previously had great service, this experience was horrific. Extremely disappoint in their performance, lack of attention to detail, and total disregard of car owners health and safety (without the cover, inside cabin CO content increased, gas vapors were prevalent). Just plain stupid stuff...
