He was very knowledgeable and telling me where to start. Once I made the insurance claim, they handled all the stuff from there. They were good at keeping in touch during the repair process to let me know timetables and their prices were very reasonable. My car came back looking better than it did before the accident. We called and cancelled the car service, 45 minutes later, no one from Hubbard's came down to check out my car. I then called down and asked them if anyone was going to come down. They said "no". I then asked them "why they told my mother somebody was going to come down when nobody was?", they replied "Somebody else must've talked to your mother, nobody is going to come down" I'm sorry I have to give it one star, but the service was confusing and non-reliable.

This is an updated review several weeks after I visited for service. To keep it short and sweet, my…read moreAC went out. I took it to Phil's to have it fixed. I paid about $400 for the repair on the AC initially, which didn't fix the problem. I took it back and was quoted and ADDITIONAL $1,500 to replace the compressor. (That would have made this an almost $2,000 air conditioning repair.) Industry average cost is less than half of what they quoted me. I took it to another professional and had it done for $500, where they found another issue with the AC that Phil's either never mentioned or never found. I brought up my gripe with Kris directly and was met with hostility. The shop wouldn't communicate via text or email and instead responded to my requests for explanation of costs only by phone or in person, which I assume is because Kris wanted twist words to spin the narrative. To quote him, "Don't you remember me saying x, y, z." It genuinely felt like I was being gas-lighted and manipulated into feeling "wrong" for questioning their pricing and being upset that they charged me $400 for something I didn't need. I would never send someone to Phil's Undercar after the experience I had there. I'd suggest you avoid them like COVID-19. (Which their staff didn't seem to be bothered by enough to wear masks, by the way!)
