Left the vehicle overnight again, replace charcoal canister. Ran another week, light came back on. Finally recommend I take it to a dealership... Upon picking the vehicle up to take in to the dealership, I inspected the car at home. Service department had broken at air cleaner mounting stud, failed to lock the middle seat in the seated position (left a screw driver, carpet roller back, failed to reinstall the fuel tank access cover (cover off, screws laying on the floor), complete backyard mechanic/I don't care actions. Previously had great service, this experience was horrific. Extremely disappoint in their performance, lack of attention to detail, and total disregard of car owners health and safety (without the cover, inside cabin CO content increased, gas vapors were prevalent). She arrived about 5 mins…read more late for her 9:00 am appointment and was promptly told that she would have to wait until 10:00 am or reschedule. She agreed to wait. At roughly 9:45 am, they moved her truck into the work bay and quoted her a price that was higher than what they originally quoted her. She told them that she had to call her husband to decide if we wanted to pay the difference. The manager, Irene wanted her to decide on the spot and told the work crew to pull her truck out of the bay and now she would have to wait for yet a later appointment (mind you, her appointment wasn't technically for another 15 mins). My wife pointed out this fact, but Irene rudely told her that she didn't know what my wife wanted and that my wife was putting them behind. My wife was left standing there in tears. Irene was totally rude. It makes me wonder how much business they lose due to Irene's rudeness. I suspect that Irene the store manager is actually putting Vulcan Tire behind even if it's only in revenue. Bad form Irene; bad form.
