They got everything working properly, but the first time I went to adjust the vent on the passenger side the louver's on the vent would not operate? We took it in to have them look at it and was told "told...oh well it seems to be broken" I said it worked before we brought it in, but the refused to take responsibility for the damage! Well, the lost a good customer, as I will not patronize a business that treats me this way, to say nothing of the almost $2k we've spent there in the last year or so. Thanks for nothing Tony! Dishonest is the only word to describe this business. Took advantage of a bad situation to charge…read moremore than double what the part being replaced was worth, replaced it with a "re-manufactured" part that was bad; and refused to honor the warranty on the bad part when a mechanic I TRUSTED fixed their botched job for less than half what they had charged me for the original one. NEVER take so much as a tricycle to this shop!

I flooded it trying to start it in the 15-degree weather, called them back and they sent a truck right over for a jump start. I drove to their Michigan Ave shop and left it there a few hours.
