They got everything working properly, but the first time I went to adjust the vent on the passenger side the louver's on the vent would not operate? We took it in to have them look at it and was told "told...oh well it seems to be broken" I said it worked before we brought it in, but the refused to take responsibility for the damage! I've come here and had my radiator replaced several tires replaced and just now the other day I needed some breaks rotors and calipers. I do think that they were cheaper a few years ago but now they're kind of online with a lot of other places but not like Midas or such. Sam is very friendly and responsive. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. And when Billy arrived to pickup my car he was extremely pleasant and talked me through everything he would be doing and dropped my car off safely at my house without incident. I called several detailing shops in town and two never returned my calls and one couldnt see me for a week. Eric the guy I spoke to at Main said he didnt have an opening but he would squeeze me in for a spot clean. A total lifesaver. He was wsiting for me and so was the detailing guy...i could easily have walked back to work but they dropped me off and picked me up after the car was done. ( within just a few hours ) they really did a wonder job and the service was first rate and beyond. I won't need to wait till an emergency before getting my car detailed.
