i'm from Columbus, OH visiting grandchildren in Jackson. While driving the kids to school, "Low Tire Pressure " alerts lit up. I assumed it was related to the 20 degree temp. After dropping off the kids, i went to St. John's church. In checking out the tires, one looked way more flat than low. After Mass, I called AAA for help. The young man assisted with inflating all the tires. 3 were low, but the 4th had only had 5# pressure. He suggested that i get it checked before driving back to OH. He referred me to Regal Tires saying they would definitely help with minimal wait time. I drove straight there and was instantly welcomed. EVERY person on the staff was professional, friendly and reassuring. They immediately noticed a screw and promptly acted to repair the tire. It was fixed within a shorter period of time than i ever expected, and, they graciously waived the charge!!! Great service quick and good price very busy place but got us right in and plugged our tire.

I asked my dad where to change my tire when the treads got low. He said he'll only go here. So, I only go here. I got a single tire changed for $74. I had a flat near Benton Harbor and cost me $250 at a Belle Tire. You can drive up and have it changed or you can call ahead. I usually just show up and wait. Longest I've waited is about an hour. read more

I chose to get new tires at Regal Tire because they were highly recommended in my office. I showed up at 10:45 on New Years Eve when they were scheduled to close at 12:00. They were very polite, quick and helpful and they guaranteed the lowest price in town. They were busy when I got there, but they were slammed when I left at 11:45 and still accepting more arrivals into their queue. They also do complimentary tire rotations, so I don't know why anyone would go to the big tire shops. I had a great experience! read more
