I went to a competitors place first with my daily driver which turned out to be a mistake. They tried to push every service they offered on me which I did not like. I just bought a new vehicle for my wife and we were driving by and we decided to give Victory Lane a try because it had been a while. So glad we did. The young folks working could not have been nicer to us. Plus they were more through than the other quick change place. I will be bringing both of my cars to them from now on. Could not be happier.

I had been having some trouble with my brakes and they checked my fluid and advised me to have them checked out, since I may have a leak. They also were kind enough to check the service codes, since my Service Engine Soon light had popped up. Worst ever! "Fixed" my car when the tire fell off, then it came off again, while I was driving!!!…read more "Fixed" it again, now found out it is not fixed, ball joint coming off again and it ruined 2 brand new tires costing me $417 when they had less than 10,000 miles on it. Says he is going to make it right, to bring it by, show up and he is NOT there!!! Shady, unreliable, horrible customer service. I paid $789 for him to "fix" my car, but instead have had his work fail twice since and i am out $800 in tires. Do not go here!!!!!!
