We hired this company to help us move days ago. They were scheduled to help us move today at 2pm. The night before we received a text from the mover (included screenshot below) asking if he could call us at 9pm. First of all it was 9pm the night before our move and second, our building has anyone moving out reserve a time and day for the freight elevator. He tried to reschedule for 7pm the night before our move. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. This morning we received another text where he states he will be HOURS late but supposedly mistakenly sent it to us. They never showed up at 2pm we waited half hour and texted him. No response, we called and again no response. Extremely unprofessional. If you need to flake at least have the decency to let people know and not waste peoples time. read more

Mightiest Movers - Movers Near Me

This guy was complaining the whole time about how tiring it was to move my stuff. Why else am I hiring a mover lol

Everything worked out smoothly. Donald and his crew of Mightiest Movers showed up on time (a bit ahead of schedule), worked hard, and orchestrated a local 40 box with furniture move in less than an hour in and out! They helped with bed set up and placed boxes in the rooms where they belonged for easy put away. Highly recommend! Great value -- reasonable and responsible! Treated our possessions with kid gloves. Donald -- you rock! read more

We connected with Donald and he was polite, flexible and offered a competitive quote. On moving day he and crew were on time and very professional. These guys are absolutely the best! I needed help moving a few things across town and they responded immediately and took care of it fir me after hours! I highly recommend! Had I known they did packing I would have hired them to help with that for our move! read more

At first I booked these movers and they were really responsive and flexible. I had a couple date changes, but planned during the week when I figured it would not be so busy. My move in date got moved way up and Don said no problem, schedule the sooner the better. I got confirmation the night before. The movers were supposed to arrive between 12 -1. At 2:25 one of the movers called me and said it was going to be much closer to 5. It's currently 6pm. The movers themselves have been great at communication, but nothing from Don. I booked this company off thumbtack. I didn't see any other 1 star reviews for 2023. So kinda figured I wouldn't have this issue. I'm upset that my time was so completely wasted. read more

Thank you for the last minute/day off moving of our appliance. you are awesome! We will call again....

Efficient, professional and responsive - highly recommend! I called several other companies prior who all thought I was born yesterday and advised beyond their minimum hours, 2-3 additional items they'd charge for. I was immediately happy with Might Movers response time, flexibility and no nonsense way of conducting their business. As a business owner, I appreciate when I find these qualities in other people. read more

Don and his team were incredibly professional, wore masks the entire time, moved everything so quickly, and took apart large items and put them back together at our new place. My husband and I have a newborn and Don made sure to quickly put together our bedroom furniture in our new place so we had somewhere to relax with the baby while they continued to move things. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for efficiency, professionalism, and just straight up kindness while moving! read more

Ghosted me completely after engaging for a couple days. Terrible service. I booked elsewhere and never looked back.

Donald and his crew are absolutely amazing. Hands down the best moving experience I have ever had. They were extremely courteous, professional, efficient and helpful. Very reasonably priced too.
