However, the real issue is the new bar manager, Jonathan. He explicitly solicited our feedback, yet reacted with shocking hostility when we gave it. He tried to drag us into an extended argument and refused to walk away, even after being politely asked to leave us alone several times. His confrontational demeanor ruined our night and made us feel entirely unwelcome. I have never experienced that type of behavior from wait staff, and find it especially shocking from a high end steakhouse. Prime has always had fantastic drinks you can count on to be consistent and top notch service. I'm a long time regular who values consistency. Prime, what happened?
