From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an outstanding customer experience. I purchased four new tires, and Amer Marrero (Assistant Manager) went above and beyond to ensure I received the best deal possible by matching a competitor's price. As a veteran, I truly appreciated the additional discount they offered, which made the experience all the more special. It's refreshing to see a business that values service and community in such a tangible way! What impressed me even more was how Amer and his team addressed my specific needs for a more complex tire installation. They approached the job with incredible expertise, and it was evident they had my safety and satisfaction as their top priorities. The installation was completed efficiently and in a timely manner, proving their commitment to quality service. After reading about the company's history on their website, I was struck by their motto: "Through honesty, service, and a willingness to pay it forward, we provide unexpected experiences that delight our customers and keep them coming back for more." Amer and his team truly embodied this philosophy, making my visit not just satisfactory, but memorable. The Deland community is indeed fortunate to have Discount Tire in our midst. I can confidently say that they treat their customers with the utmost respect, making everyone feel valued and appreciated. If you're in the market for new tires or any tire-related service, look no further than Discount Tire in Deland. Thank you, Amer, and the entire team, for a truly exceptional experience! I am beyond thrilled with the results and will be returning for all my future tire needs!

****************WARNING***************…read more I went to this place on a Sunday about a half an hour before closing. My car had a flat about a mile away and I just wanted to get it going until I could get a real tire and since my spare was shredded and flat, I took it here. They said they can't be bothered to carry spares, if any kind. It was now 15 minutes before they close. I hop back in the kind person who gave me a ride's car and tell them I need to hurry and grab the flat so they can do it. We run back to my car at breakneck speed, I jack up the car and yank the tire off in 4 minutes flat and we head back to the place. Now 3 minutes til close I apologized for even asking and acknowledge I'm asking a lot. I explain I need it like now because I live in my car. I give him the size and the guy goes in to check the computers. He tells me they only have a Goodyear. I ask how much, he tells me $206.16 mounted and balanced. For one tire, of a common size. If you wanted to be treated right and not overpay, I beg you not to go here. I went down the road and at 6:45 on a Sunday, a place with a name linked to scrooge gave me a tire for $40 bucks and informed me he has stacks of spares. I'll be back to his shop not just once but from now on when I'm in Deland. As for this place, ever, ever, ever again. Apparently they don't sell typically sized tires for less than $200 despite the fact that I have never ever ever been ti a place that had not only new but also used tires in that very common size. Trust me, go somewhere else. You can't go wrong, as long as it's not here, you are likely to get at least a reasonable deal rather than $206.16 for a standard Goodyear tire. Just don't, trust me.
