My husband dealt with everything when it came to our cars. When he died, I was screwed. I called Honest-1 because my car would not start. Matt was absolutely the most amazing calming person I ever spoke to. He took care of everything. Of course I go back out in my car starts. I am bringing my car in - at least I don't have to get it towed ... and Matt gave me a little advice. Apparently if you drive your car less than 50 miles a week it's really bad for your battery. When taking it to another mechanic, he told me that my oil was really dirty considering that you just recently did the oil change two weeks ago so that wasn't something I would want to hear. Not to say my car needs the work, (because before you even started the work, you gave me a car fax report on all the issues which i thought was "pushy". I think you could've done a better job addressing the reason for my initial visit....oil leak - not the other (100) reasons.

In my case, I have a 98 corolla that needed new engine mounts (some had been put on that were aftermarket but they were not the best). In the case of engine mounts, aftermarket is not always the way to go unless you can find something close to the original. They found it - and replaced the front mount - which eliminated most all of the vibrations when the car was idling. They also found a problem that another garage had missed in the axle. However, unlike some chain fix-it places, they don't go manufacturing issues or trying to pilfer you for problems that are not really significant issues. My hat is off to these guys, and I highly recommend them.
