He spent about 30 minutes trying to fix it and was unsuccessful. Because another customer left and it was past 5:00 PM, he clearly did not want to be held responsible. Instead of properly fixing the damage or taking responsibility, he used zip ties to temporarily hold my hood together, told me it was not his problem, and instructed me to drive safely and not go over 35-40 mph until I could get it fixed elsewhere. Micheal you know you are the one who broke the hinge. This situation was handled very unprofessionally, and I was sent away with an unsafe vehicle and no accountability. I took the vehicle to their location and they started on it immediately. I waited approximately 45 minutes for them to complete the work. While waiting I sat inside the clean customer area and watch TV while they performed the work on my vehicle. When the job was finished I was called to the front desk and was told the condition of the vehicle by the tech who completed the work. All news about my vehicle was good and he had no problems with the service on my vehicle. I will definitely return if I need front end alignment work in the future.

I waited 3 hours, and they said it was fixed, The next morning, it was flat again. I had my spare put on, and had the tire patched again. My wife took her car in to Wal Mart the next day to have a tire we ordered elsewhere installed. She told the service rep that it was in the back of the SUV and showed it to him. The installer took a Wal Mart tire off the rack and installed it on the rim when my wife noticed our tire was still in the car and notified them of the error. The installer complained that he had already put the Wal Mart tire on the car, and didn't want to change it. My wife insisted they put the tire we had already purchased elsewhere, and they did. Then they wanted to charge for two installations since they had to do it twice. My wife wouldn't pay twice for their mistake. Today I called to get a price on a particular Continental tire with installation, balancing, disposal fees and everything, and the woman who answered the phone told me that tire wasn't available. When I pointed out that Wal Mart , com listed the tire, she told me I would have to purchase it there, she couldn't order it. I told her I guess I'll go elsewhere, she said "fine".
