My wife took her car in to Wal Mart the next day to have a tire we ordered elsewhere installed. She told the service rep that it was in the back of the SUV and showed it to him. The installer took a Wal Mart tire off the rack and installed it on the rim when my wife noticed our tire was still in the car and notified them of the error. The installer complained that he had already put the Wal Mart tire on the car, and didn't want to change it. My wife insisted they put the tire we had already purchased elsewhere, and they did. Then they wanted to charge for two installations since they had to do it twice. My wife wouldn't pay twice for their mistake. Today I called to get a price on a particular Continental tire with installation, balancing, disposal fees and everything, and the woman who answered the phone told me that tire wasn't available.
