My tires arrived earlier than expected and she called to tell me I could come in that day to have the tires installed on my vehicle. The Manager, Brittany, was also very helpful, when I had a question before I left the shop. In my case, I have a 98 corolla that needed new engine mounts (some had been put on that were aftermarket but they were not the best). In the case of engine mounts, aftermarket is not always the way to go unless you can find something close to the original. They found it - and replaced the front mount - which eliminated most all of the vibrations when the car was idling. They also found a problem that another garage had missed in the axle. However, unlike some chain fix-it places, they don't go manufacturing issues or trying to pilfer you for problems that are not really significant issues. My hat is off to these guys, and I highly recommend them.

During a pre-travel inspection on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ which I flat tow behind my Motorhome my…read moretrusted mechanic mentioned that I might want to consider buying new tires in the near future, he assured me it wasn't an emergency but something I needed to keep in mind. Well after I pressed him a little more since having a tire issue on the road would be much more of a problem than buying a new set of tires pre-maturely. Knowing my Jeep probably better than I do and also knowing what I like and my level of expectation he started calling around to see what was immediately available being my travel plans were only a day away. After providing me with a few options he inform me that Tire Outlet had some Yokohama Tires in stock and although it was nearly 3:00 PM they could swap the tires and balance them before they closed the same day. This shop goes above and beyond, they emailed a photo of the tires and quoted the tires and work out the door with a promise of no surprises. This entire process went down over the phone and was executed flawlessly. After doing a walk around I took them for a test drive and found these Yokohama Geolandar X-AT 295/70R17 to be the perfect solution, they look great and just aggressive enough that I am confident they'll perform how I need them to - after dragging the Jeep to the Keys I know I made a good decision. I applaud the Tire Outlet's employees for the exceptional customer service, workmanship and amazing pricing and most of all doing what they promised...

Best decision ever! Matt was professional, polite, and up front about time and cost of the three services I needed. They didnt have new tires in stock but "excellent condition" used tires. He offered to order new tires to have by later in day but I needed new tires stat and honestly the used ones are in great condition and I am VERY happy with their tread and condition. So two tires, oil change, and tail light replacement. He told me an hour so I popped over to the restaurant across the street and no joke, exactly an hour later my car was ready. I appreciate this local businesses professionalism, sense of urgency, and directness with cost of service. I will be back. Support local business more!!!
