DO NOT GO HERE I was lured in by their "free tire rotation with oil change" deal, and it turned into a complete nightmare. My usual shop doesn't offer rotations, so I gave this place a chance...big mistake. I sat in their waiting room for nearly 2 hours. During that time, I watched a young mother next to me beg them to hurry because she had to pick up her kids, and they kept brushing her off with "5 more minutes." They told her originally it would be quick. When it came to my own service, I specifically told them I needed a different oil than what my truck recommends because of recent engine work. I made it very clear to follow the sticker from my previous shop, not the dipstick. They completely ignored me. That mistake could have seriously damaged or even destroyed my engine. To make matters worse, they didn't even rotate my tires. The next day, when I called to ask why, I was told my tires were "too bad" to rotate...yet no one bothered to tell me while I was there. Instead, they let me leave under the impression everything had been done. Yes, they were short-staffed, but that's no excuse for negligence. Failing to follow basic instructions about my oil could have totaled my truck. Save yourself the risk and the headache--do NOT trust this place with your vehicle. read more

The man with the two teeth at the front desk had the worst attitude. I did not feel valued as a customer. When I called the number on Google for Tire Kingdom, the nice gentleman over the phone told me that they had room to patch a tire and that they could get it done within 45 minutes, so I proceeded so once I got there to tire kingdom, the man at the desk acted like I was bothering him, stopped assisting the nice customer lady, and told me that it was going to be a 2 to 3 hour wait. So I told him the person over the phone told me that it would be a 45 minute wait. He then told me, "The person you spoke with is probably our call center". So when I told him it was a local number, he became a hostile with an attitude and listed all of the people that were before me, so I asked if he wanted to complete his transaction with the lady that was in front of me and he left me alone. I then called the same number and told the guy on the phone what happened and he told me that tire kingdom is fully aware that their number is mixed up on Google's directory and that he should've just routed me there. He said that they would be waiting for me, so I left tire Kingdom and headed their way. It was a really nice experience, so on the bright side, I'm glad that this happened. Went to Tire Kingdom in Orange City to get 4 new tires on my vehicle which I bought from them , never again! Asked ahead of time if replacing the valve stems was included in the price of the tire and they said for sure it was with no extra cost. Get there to pick up my vehicle and they charged an extra $40 for the valve stems.. Which I needed because I had a slow undetectable leak in one tire that likely was the stem. Not only did they charge me for replacing the valve stems... THEY DIDN'T EVEN REPLACE THEM!! That's right... They charged me for something they didn't do. I know what my valve stems look like and walked the guy out there to show him. He agreed they were not new and said they would fix it but I had to wait another 30 mins.. Ended up being over an hour... This was after I already had left it there and was called to pick it up. Good thing is in the mean time, I called another tire kingdom in Deland and they told me the same thing, that the valve stems didn't cost extra. So I got ahold of corporate while I waited and they called the store to tell them to reverse the extra $40 charge, agreeing that it wasn't right for them to charge me. With that plus their price match they did on the tires, I came out ahead in the end but I don't like a place that would be scammy like this so I can trust them, and alot of other people may not have caught the fact they were charged extra money for something that wasn't done.. So I have to wonder how often this happens. This was my first impression and first time here, so I won't use them again in the future. Only reason I gave them 2 stars if because corporate made them reverse the charge.. But this really should have never happened. ***To Pat S... Went to pep boys first but they couldn't provide me with my oil filter, tried charging me $50 to order it. So I called up tire kingdom and told them the situation. They told me they could have the oil filter and the oil I needed at there store in 15min no extra charge. They are great people not after the money but looking to help you out. read more

I wouldn't recommend coming here for any tire needs, if you're not purchasing tires from them they will turn you away, asked for a quick mount and balance for a set of wheels I had and they refused. Visiting family, I got stuck in Debary with a tire issue. Took car here at around 9 a.m. on a Sunday. To start, this place is busy! I was greeted quickly and very friendly. Quick and efficient in on check in process, I dropped car there. The customer service checking in was great. I wish I had remembered her name. An hour and half later, got the call, also very polite. What I appreciate is the wrap around advice on vehicle. Sure, tire done but great advice on general maintenance. A battery? I have had issues before they recommended a change so I went their advice. The manager went above and beyond... I had hit a pothole and it pulled off into a shopping center parking lot... I called him about getting a tire replacement and he said they had to order it... Because I live 2 hours away I was not sure what I was going to do since it was already 5:00 at night and they were closing... I asked him if he would come down and change my tire to my spare tire... He said absolutely and was there within 10 minutes... I ended up buying tires closer to where I lived I can only assume that the great customer service he gave me would extend to his everyday customers that come in there... Worst experience in a retail tire shop ever. Was made to wait after arriving on time to an appointment made days in advance. Reserved tires through website and got a confirmation of the brand and model to put on along with price. Was told they couldn't get in my reservation through their computer. She had to use my cellphone to scroll through the email in the middle of a pandemic and was told the tires weren't available. The whole time I'm looking at their advertisement big screen TV facing the counter with my name on the screen for the appointment I made! Female at the register calls the manager who immediately tries to stare me down with the look of intimidation. Didn't work. She tells him the tires aren't available and without apology from either one he goes on the computer. At this time I started to question the lapse in their system and was told by the lady to be nice. I was coming across as dissatisfied but in no way belligerent. Again no apology which would have contributed to smoothing over the total lack of customer service so far. They kept blaming the company instead of taking ownership and responsibility as a representative of Tire Kingdom. With this type of attitude. I no longer trusted them to work on my vehicle, took my keys and left. They lost $700 in business which is a shame because in spite of mixed reviews (I always research all the businesses I patronize), I was willing to give them an opportunity to prove themselves. I found the tires I need in stock at this location and scheduled an online appointment for 9:30am the following morning. I arrived at 9:15am and check-in, the first thing I'm told is that "The online scheduling system will let you pick whatever time you want but those times aren't always available" and that it's going to be a while because there are a lot of people in front of me. That already ticked me off, but then he says "hmmm...let me check something" and disappears into the garage area. Then he came back and said that they don't have my tires. When I told him that the online store told me they were available AND to "schedule an appointment" he claims that the online system isn't always right and stated I would have to come back at 4pm. I find it hard to believe that both pieces of the online system are flawed. I think someone showed up earlier than me without an appointment and they sold that person the tires I had reserved. I work close to the OC location so very convenient. Been using them for years to outfit all mine and my families' cars with tires and service. Very friendly atmosphere where personal relationships have been formed making the process even faster and easier with them knowing customer's names and vehicles. Some days they may have issues or slammed where the service may be lacking but they are always doing their best to serve each customer. Avoid this place, I had gone here for basic services, oil changes, tires for several years until recently. I don't know if the management changed or the if they decided to save money by lying about what services they perform. If they indicated on a written statement/invoice that they completed a work item WITHOUT actually doing the work, in MY OPINION that is FRAUD. If this happened 1 time I would assume that it was just a lazy or forgetful employee -- it has happened repeatedly. The first time I noticed it I thought I was just mistaken, the 2nd time it was confirmed, and the last and final I have 100% proof they didn't do the work. Would give them zero stars if possible. They were so helpful when I picked up a roofing nail in my expensive Honda tire. First, they looked at it first thing in the morning so I could get further help if needed; second, they were honest and said they should not repair it because of safety--too near the tire wall. They pumped it up and sent me on my way with recommendations of 2 dealers who could help me. Finally, they didn't even charge me! Great place! read more

By far the worst experience I've had at a tire shop I am a college student and purchased a tire less than two weeks ago and the tire went flat and had bumps on the inside I took it in and I was told that they can't do anything about it after showing my receipt which is weird because sone times tires do get defective after sitting on the shelf for a certain amount of time they did not want to help after I paid $100 with the tire two weeks ago that was faulty. I will never in my life purchase any product from tire kingdom again this is Ridiculous. read more

Only needed an oil change and rotate my tires. Went in at 10 am and was told I would have to wait an hour and a half before they could get to my car. Told me to make an appointment. So I did. Came back at 1:30 Pm. Waited an hour and they still never moved my car. I asked for my keys and left. I won't be back. They were amazing when they sold me 4 brand new Michelins a few months ago. But when I actually want to maintain my vehicle and am not there to drop hundreds of dollars.., I get ignored and jerked around. This is the second time I have used these guys. The shop has about 6 bays but only 3 mechanics. When I called about fixing a flat, was told I would need appointment but not that day. Okay, made appointment for the following day and the tire had to be replaced but everything went smoothly at a good price. Several people drove in with a problem and was told the same thing to make an appointment. To be fair, working around a car can be dirty, hard work with unforeseen problems. Wow !! Made an appointment on line for 11:00 to get an oil change and tire rotation. I show up and encouraged to see my name is 2nd on the board. Then I am informed that the online appointments book over the appointments they handle on line appointments as walk ins and if I wanted I can wait an hour and a half or make an appointment with them for another time. I scheduled my day around this appointment. I wish I could give zero stars. If this is how little they value customer service is scares me to wonder about the quality of work. Don't waste your time OR your money. I made an appointment at 8am to have an oil change done. They told me to come up at 1pm for the service. When I got there at 1pm, they "told" me I had to wait 1 hr because they had a FLOOD of people at the last minute!! Not MY problem. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT!!! Let the others wait. Went in for tires, was told I needed additional work, parts would cost $494.00 + labor. Went online and found them for a total of $62.00 and they are guaranteed for life, outrageous mark up. Visiting family from out of state in Deltona. Had a flat and add my State Farm roadside service to my car within one hour. They change my flat and did a great job. The next morning I took the tire to this location and Tina was very friendly and eager to help me. The problem that I experienced was they didn't have my tire in stock. Which kind of surprised me since they are called the Tire Kingdom. So she immediately called around to other stores to see if she could get the tire for my vehicle which is a 2017 Buick so it's not an obscure Tire. I thought great they can have it that afternoon or even the next day and I can be on my way. So much to my dismay I had to wait over 48 hours for them to get my tire to their store so I was driving around two days with a doughnut on my vehicle. i just wanted to leave a awesome comment on these 2 guys Mark and Brandon. I pulled up with a flat tire in my 2008 Dodge Durango on a Friday night on the weekend that the Hurricane is going to hit Florida. It was about 30 minutes before they close for the night. These guys jumped right on it. Mark took my information and Brandon fixed the flat tire and did an awesome job. I ran over the weirdest looking screw and Brandon had to take the tire off the rim and everything to fix the tire. They were both very professional and were not upset that I came before closing time. I highly recommend this tire kingdom in Orange City Fl. I hope that John K. the store manager reads this and let them know how much I appericated their hard work and professionalism. went in about a week ago and bought 3 new tires and an alignment. i don't know how they didn't notice or even bother to tell me but all of my rims are bent up. i went to three different shops and all of them were very surprised to know that nobody told me. they charged me almost $400 for the tires and alignment without telling me that it would all be for nothing within a month because of the rims being bent. read more

First off I will say that I have been coming to this Orange City, Fl location for about five years and would have liked to give them that fifth star. I have always been satisfied not only with their work but also that they have given me an honest quote when work needed to be done. I only needed an oil change today and because I had purchased all four of my tires previously from Tire Kingdom, I was given a free tire rotation. Tina was terrific, couldn't have been more helpful and I was out of there in less than an hour. I always mark my tires and was surprised that there had been absolutely no rotation done on my tires (back to front - front to back) I'm seventy-two years old and have learned to always inspect all work done for me. I marked my back tires so that I would know if they were rotated. The tires were not rotated. I saw that immediately. I informed Tina and she asked the technician if he had rotated the tires and he said he had. That was a lie, he lied to me and to Tina. Tina said that she would get another Tech to do the job, but I backed off, it was now a trust issue with this business. I checked my oil too when I got home and it looked like new oil, so I'm satisfied there. I called Tina back when I got home to make her know that I now had a serious trust issue with her store.
