Best decision ever! Matt was professional, polite, and up front about time and cost of the three services I needed. They didnt have new tires in stock but "excellent condition" used tires. He offered to order new tires to have by later in day but I needed new tires stat and honestly the used ones are in great condition and I am VERY happy with their tread and condition. So two tires, oil change, and tail light replacement. He told me an hour so I popped over to the restaurant across the street and no joke, exactly an hour later my car was ready. I appreciate this local businesses professionalism, sense of urgency, and directness with cost of service. I will be back. Support local business more!!!

When I arrived, I was told the alignment technician was running late and to come back later for a call. However, I noticed the technician was already at the shop and thought to myself maybe they're busy. After waiting and never receiving a call, I returned only to be told to reschedule the appointment I already had. Very disappointing experience and to think I had an appointment set up a week before. This is not the level of service I expected from a business I have supported for years.

In my case, I have a 98 corolla that needed new engine mounts (some had been put on that were aftermarket but they were not the best). In the case of engine mounts, aftermarket is not always the way to go unless you can find something close to the original. They found it - and replaced the front mount - which eliminated most all of the vibrations when the car was idling. They also found a problem that another garage had missed in the axle. However, unlike some chain fix-it places, they don't go manufacturing issues or trying to pilfer you for problems that are not really significant issues.
