The other day I came into Tire Kingdom feeling defeated after getting a tire rotation at a different shop and getting the news that there was a razor blade in the shoulder of my tire, and that the shop didn't have a tire to replace mine. The air in my tire was leaking quickly and I was so nervous. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted with a smile. There was a tire of the right size across town, so one of the mechanics drove over to get it for me, and put it on my car in a timely manner. The tire was a little expensive, but so is everything else these days. Overall a great experience and I will return for my tire needs. read more

I just wanted to say that the front desk was friendly at Deland Tire Kingdom at the beginning. For an oil change and tire rotation, I arrived at 8am and left at 1030 am. The old man told me, "Sorry for the delay, but this is what happens when you're waiting in line."  "Only one person is ahead of me." Through the window, I saw this young redhead working on my car. Many shops don't rotate tires when asked to do so, so I was watching. In fact, he pulled the tires down and he didn't rotate the rear tires to the front. It even occurred to me to tell one of them that my tires were not rotated. He did it, according to the young men. I watched him, however. My mind was blown. Because I was afraid he would do something to my car, I didn't persuade him. read more

My mother-in-law had to get some tires and doesn't speak English very well so I went with her to get some tires. I spoke with the salesperson (can't remember his name but he was a young man who was very polite and helpful) and he quickly showed me all the specials/offers as well as give me 3 proposals for us to review. Fast forward 3 weeks later and she had 4 new tires and she felt like her car was gliding. I've been a Tire Kingdom patron for decades and will continue thanks to their competitive pricing, good service and many options. Thank you for taking care of our Nana. read more

Tire Kingdom - My car in the sky!!!!! - Tires Near Me - Deland, Florida

I came too this location 4 times trying too get alignment done and could never get it done. On my first visit to this location I got half an alignment because i was missing dowel pins and they couldn't do it properly ( I totally understand) Mike said I'll get the dowel pins ordered and you can come back the following Saturday afterwards he starts pushing for tips, since I didn't pay for the "half" alignment It's not like it was my fault you couldn't get the parts.. Okay on my second visit to this location, they couldn't even touch my truck because they didn't have the mechanic there who could do the work. Now let's go for round three, I show up for my 4 o'clock appointment and they pull my truck on the alignment machine. My truck sits there for two hours running and nobody touching it. I know this because I'm watching it through the window getting highly frustrated, after about an hour of waiting. Mike comes in there and tells me they have an emergency brake job and have nobody to work on my truck. It would be really nice if I could leave and come back in about two hours, I said well that's not possible I made an appointment. I need to get my truck done. This is my third time being here to get this done. so after about two hours of waiting, the mechanics finally finished their little brake job and tell me that they have to take lunch before they can even even look at my truck. Taking into consideration, my truck is still running on the alignment machine. I had to bring it up to the Manager. My truck has been running and nobody touching it. he walks out there and has them shut it off before they take lunch. I wait around another 30 minutes for them just too tell me that they don't have all the parts and that I need to come back once again. So now on my fourth visit to the same location trying to get a alignment done. Mike refuses to do my alignment and tells me I should probably go somewhere else. I will never spend my money at a tire kingdom again. read more

I appreciate this place so much. I would come in after work around 3pm to get my tire re-filled almost everyday. Come to find out my rim is broken / cracked and they still help me. Only For them I was able to get to and from work until I was able to get my rim fixed. Thank yall some much read more

Absolutely useless store and employees. Made an appointment to have tire put on my travel trailer only to get there and was told they did not have a jack to lift it. What? a tire store that does not have a 2 ton jack? these guys are idiots. My little truck jack lifts it with ease. I'm glad I did not use them. They probably would have forgotten to tighten the lug nuts or something. Anyway, bought tires from tire rack and saved $200. Had them put on at my local small independent tire shop for $20 apiece. Saved a total of $300 read more

If I could give them more stars, I would. I had a flat the night before so I went in first thing the next morning to get it patched. I didn't have an appointment but Keith got me in as soon as he possibly could, which was greatly appreciated. Sure, I had a bit of a wait but it was unplanned, obviously, but they made it happen. That's good business, in my opinion. Thanks to him, I was back on the road. See you guys next time! read more

Literally the rudest people you will ever meet run the place. I've tried going there multiple times and they're absolutely miserable. If you don't want to deal with a attitude take your money elsewhere! read more

Thought I would give Tire Kingdom a try. Always had my oil changed at an Instant Valvoline oil change. Tire Kingdom advertised that they do Valvoline oil changes. Called and got an appointment and told the guy the specific oil that I wanted. He assured me that he had it, no problem. Got there, checked in, and guess what, they don't have the kind of oil I requested. Guy was sorry and I was out the door. Their loss, I am also shopping for a new set of tires. Will I go to Tire Kingdom??? No!! read more

I'm from out of town and I blew a tire on my way up to visit a friend in Deland. I looked online to find a reputable location and this Tire Kingdom had great reviews, and for good reason. Keith (Store Manager) and his staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I don't know much about tires or cars, so I was worried about going somewhere that would try to take advantage of that. They were fantastic, they matched the tire tread and put the new tire on within 45 minutes. I can't recommend them enough, whether you live in the area or are from out of town, I highly recommend going to Tire Kingdom. Great, honest service! read more

For a place called Tire Kingdom, it's pretty sad when they don't have your tires in stock. It's even worse when they order your tire and when you come back, they still have the wrong size. They sold me these tires and then tell me they're "rare" tires. Like seriously? It's a 2014 Ford Fiesta. I see these cars everywhere. Honestly, if they can't stock tires, I'm going to get my tires from Pep Boys TLDR; Don't get tires from here because they will never be in stock again for your road hazard. read more

couldn't believe how fast they finished my car. Great prices and the techs are super knowledgeable

I was 3 hours from home with 2 popped tires and 2 bent rims. Keith & the guys at Tire Kingdom of Deland, FL went above and beyond to assist me and get me back on the road. Excellent customer service, but more important to me was the kindness and understanding. I was in a bad spot and these fine gentlemen helped out big time. The world could use more people like Keith and the guys at Tire Kingdom! Thank you!! read more

I took my vehicle to Tire Kingdom to get four tires and an alignment on a Saturday. The manager said that it would take a couple of hours. I dropped the vehicle off at 12:30 and he said it would be ready by 3:00. I never heard from them. When I drove there at 5:00, which was the closing time, they still had not started on my vehicle. At 6:15 the vehicle was supposedly ready. However, the manager said that they did not have time to do an alignment. I am confused how the manager said they had time to do it earlier in the day but they really did not. They also gave me a LONG list of recommendations! My vehicle does NOT need all of those recommended services. When I drove home, my vehicle was shaking the entire way! I knew something was not right. After being treated so poorly there, I did not have trust that they would fix it correctly. Therefore, I took it to another tire shop. They could not believe that Tire Kingdom did NOT even balance my tires. It was the worst balancing they had ever seen. The tires were all different! I am grateful to the other tire shop for balancing the tires and doing an alignment check! I will never return to Tire Kingdom! Who puts four tires on a vehicle without balancing them or doing an alignment check?!?! The manager is rude and condescending! He was even talking about an employee in a rude manner in front of me! The lack of sincerity was appalling! read more

Walking out to find a huge nail in your tire can ruin your day, but the guys at Tire Kingdom made sure that wasn't the case. I drove in, they got right to me, patched my tire and since I had purchased the tires from them they were under warranty and the patching service didn't cost me a dime! Fast, friendly service and my day is back on track! read more

I got a nail wedged in my tire and was referred to Tire Kingdom. I received very friendly and knowledgeable costumer service. I was given a military discount that helped out a lot. The patching was fast and I will definitely return if I ever have issues again. read more

I'd put negative stars but not an option! Don't take your car here for brakes. $350 for new brakes and rotors took it back three times for continuous grinding. First trip back they told me it was my tires and it was "road noise". 3rd trip they said it was my back breaks that they checked at initial brake inspection.Paid $30 for preventative maintenance. Left that day and couldn't put my parking brake up. Had to spend another $150 to get new brakes and my rotors turned at a brake place. Just Brakes said they put the wrong pads on my car and had put one pad on wrong. No more grinding and squealing now! read more

Tire kingdom store #129 and counter representative Joe and manager William Dougherty get 5 stars for courtesy and good service. On Sunday morning, 250 miles from home, I needed a patch for a nail in a front tire and on the lift discovered my rear tires were badly worn. While patching the nail hole, they determined they didn't have the new tires in stock but located them at a nearby store, called to confirm actual stock. When the patch was finished, they sent me on my way without charging me for the patch telling me to put it toward the tire replacement! Free is nice; but, even better is the sense that Tire Kingdom cared about its customer having a good day. read more

If you are a woman alone I don't recommend going here! Manager lied to my face! I had my oil changed and the tires rotated and balanced. My car started "shaking " I checked my tires at a gas station and the pressure was fine. It got worse and worse! I had a friend follow me and she told me my rear drivers side tire was wobbling. Her husband checked and 3 of my lug nuts were loose. He tightened them. It helped but the problem was still there. I went back to tire kingdom and they said they would take a look. After a couple of hours they said my car was good to go, I asked that they take it for a test drive to make sure. They came back and said they had it up to 70 and no shake. as soon as I pulled out I knew they had lied. I wanted to cry! The next day I took my car to a small shop. My tire was damaged because of the lug nuts being loose. They didn't even check at Tire Kingdom! They just wanted me to go away! The shop owner said that he could see it without even taking the tire off. He marked the huge lump in my tire, He even offered to go to Tire Kingdom with me because what they did put my life in danger! Before We could go back to them I found out I had a lump in my breast and that became my priority. Don't go here! Susan Burbridge read more

Josh and Jeff will be the reason I forever use this TK. Josh was so helpful in telling me what I needed to make my car safe and after services, my car battery died at the gas pump down the street and the two men were more then helpful in coming to my rescue although the business had closed. So thankful there are good people left who don't expect something for lending a hand and also not trying to rip you off. This company should be very proud to have these two on their team.
