He spent about 30 minutes trying to fix it and was unsuccessful. Because another customer left and it was past 5:00 PM, he clearly did not want to be held responsible. Instead of properly fixing the damage or taking responsibility, he used zip ties to temporarily hold my hood together, told me it was not his problem, and instructed me to drive safely and not go over 35-40 mph until I could get it fixed elsewhere. Micheal you know you are the one who broke the hinge. This situation was handled very unprofessionally, and I was sent away with an unsafe vehicle and no accountability.
