The plastic clip broke was even at the exactly same place that I saw inside the door before, they didn't touched the car... The so called "inspection" costed more than the whole window system (not just the clips). The furniture is worn and when I arrived for my 8 o'clock appointment someone else carried in a flat tire that they put in front of one of the registers. It was still there when I left with my vehicle at 6 that evening. Also, it took 10 hours for a brake job...front and rear pads and rotors plus a brake line flush. In addition I was told that it usually costs $825 for this service and she would look for some rebates. I was very surprised when I was told the total was over $1100. I did share my surprise and they got it down to just over $1000. I had the oil changed here about 3 weeks ago and they claimed that they checked the brakes. When I brought it in this time because of a warning light, I was told that the rear brakes were at 10% and the front at 20%. I'm pretty sure the brakes were not checked at the oil change and if they were they didn't notify me that they were getting close to needing to be replaced.
