Needed both of my rear tractor tire beads reset onto the rim, fluid leaked out of both. The Girl working for the Service Dept at the Deland Kubota Dealer Quoted me $480 PLUS any parts IF I brought the two tires to them. On-Site service that was 25 miles away was an additional $250. The Clueless DEI Service Girl quoted me $730+Tax to reset two tire beads onto the two rims. WTF? Boulevard Tire-Deland charged me $40 for the same thing! Any Tractor or Commercial Tire Work done at Boulevard Tire is excellent, honest, high quality and quick turnaround, I highly recommend them! read more

Fantastic customer service, care and concern. I came in with a small issue in which the skid plate came loose after a quick oil change. After trying to fasten myself using bungee cords on the side of the highway, we were blessed to be close to Boulevard Tire center. The Michelin name brought us in, but John and his entire team would keep us coming back. Fit us right in, knowing we were desperate to get home and gave us the most economic, safe option there was. He asked his tech to check it over and reattach it where he could, which he did at no cost to us. sorry but I went there from a neighbor's recommendation and I was hit with a $3200.00 bill for brakes and ball joints. 1800.00 alone was for the ball joints which was ridiculous , moreover, they would not just do the brakes, tried to hit me with the liability excuse. stay away. read more

This is the second time I have been ripped off, HOWEVER, this time I could prove it as the manager stared me in the face and lied. Sent me on my way with a tire ripped to the metal from the lift not being properly positioned. Nice to know that's how they treat people. I got a new tire, now my truck drives crappy. I've had it 6 months and if I had never brought it there to have the tires rotated and they destroyed one while telling me they didn't do it, I'd not be driving around screwed up. Beyond angry. I own a lowered 350z that I brought to Boulevard to get an alignment, because I called ahead and they confirmed that they have a rack for lowered cars. I explained to them that the tires were rubbing on the fenders in the rear, and I needed them to ADD negative camber, and that was my main concern. They aligned the car and shoved me out the door at 5. The car felt awful. I ended up calling them immediately and asked to see my stat sheet from the alignment. It was pouring so I just grabbed it and went home. I looked over the sheet and realized they did the exact opposite of what I wanted (added positive camber, not negative, and adjusted my tow out worse than it had been when I brought the car in). The next day I called them to complain because I had taken time off work to drive up to get the alignment done, and ended up worse off than when I started. The man on the phone apologized profusely, and insisted I come back that day at 3 to rectify the situation and promised they would fit me in, knowing I had to take more time off work that I really couldn't afford. I get there, and they refused to realign the car because they didn't have time, and told me to come back Monday. At this point I was pretty aggravated, so I complained about the guy on the phone and his promise, and even named him by name. They swore up and down to me that he had already left for the day and they didn't know what to tell me. After a while they started to tell me that my car is impossible to align, and that it simply can't be done because of how low it was. I asked them about why my tow was now even worse than before and why they added positive camber rather than negative, and they basically stood behind their work, trying to belittle me and make me feel stupid by telling me it is physically impossible to align my car how I wanted (even though I go to a shop in Kissimmee now who seems to do it just fine). They talked down to me and almost had me on the verge of tears when I decided to walk in and ask for a manager. I explained the situation to the manager about the man on the phone, and the alignment being way worse than when I brought the car in (it literally pulled all over the road like I was on ice), and as I was talking, the man who I spoke to on the phone interrupted me to call me a liar. He claimed I had never explained the situation to him, and he had never promised me an appointment. Not only that, but all of the guys in the shop swore to me that he wasn't even there anymore. This is when they came into the office calling me a liar and saying they never said he wasn't there. By this point there were 4 large men standing in a circle around me accusing me of being a liar and heavily implying I was stupid because I didn't know what I was talking about in front of an entire waiting room. I was humiliated and embarrassed, and to the point where I started to cry. Finally, the manager refunded my money, and apologized, and I left. Overall, it was a pretty terrible and unprofessional experience. Maybe for normal stock-height cars they do great work, but if you have a modified or lowered car, DO NOT BRING IT TO THEM. They claim they know what they're doing, but in reality have no idea and will align your car so that you crash rather than align it so that the tires wear slightly more than normal to protect themselves. read more

As we were driving through Deland, we got a warning from our tire sensor that 2 of the tires on our 5th wheel lost tire pressure. Thank goodness for us Good Sam called this company to come to our aid. The technician, Jeremy, was absolutely wonderful! Knowledgeable, professional, honest, hard working and prepared.
