Went in for new tires and brakes. Left with same but alignment was off and worse than any vehicle I ever had. Same day and stop by another tire plus and now they're telling me that it's because of the tires that have been the same size since I bought the vehicle. Poor customer service. read more

My daughter brought her car to this Tires Plus location just last Saturday and asked them to do a diagnostic assessment on the vehicle as it was having issues starting. They did not run the diagnostic as they said and only checked the battery and alternator. As a result, by Wednesday she was stuck at work because the car again wouldn't start. We had it towed to a different location who actually did run the diagnostic, found the problem and fixed it. I was even less impressed Saturday when I picked the car up and the gentleman was extremely passive about the concern and acted is if it was not a huge deal. It took three appointments to finally get an alignment done because there was no one to do the work even though I had an appointment. No phone call to let me know. Then when they finally did it, they tried to upsell me on everything. Including $60 for windshield wiper blades which I had just changed the week before, and four new tires which still had half their tread. They've changed owners/ managers too many times, it's not the same business, nor the same standards. They messed up my suspension when they changed out the front shocks, then quoted me $900 to fix the tie rods (that don't have anything wrong with them, I've had 2 mechanics check them),a $50 part that would take an hour to put on, and they already had the truck apart to do the $1200 worth of work they messed up. Final kicker, not a single battery I've bought here has lasted more than a year or two. Sad, now there's really nowhere I can trust to get my oil changed, etc. read more

They left the fill plug off my transfer case and cross threaded my oil plug during basic routine service. I need a new transfer case and oil pan now. When I brought it to their attention, AJ the store manager, resorted to personal attacks and made sure I knew this was 'his town' because he had a lot of cars in the parking lot. He refused to accept responsibility even though it was obviously his fault. Mistakes happen. I never judge a person because of their mistakes. How they rise to the occasion in correcting them is the true indicator of the content of their character. In the end, AJ accused me of being drunk at 1:30 in the afternoon and kicked me out of his store because he didn't want to own his problem. I'll fix my own oil pan. I've spent roughly $5,000 between two cars there over the last year. His loss. read more

North Deland Florida - Had my van aligned in Nov 2016 and paid for the 1 year realignment plan. Had it in 3 times and each time it pulled more. Don't have a lot of time to drop it off and get a ride but in the last month besides pulling to the left which they never fixed, I started to get vibration and brought it in again for align and balance. Now they say I'm out of warranty (10 day past) and won't deal with the original problem. You would think with 5 cars and a new set of times for my SUV just a week ago they would make good on a problem they never fixed in the first place. Extremely please by my first time going to Tires Plus!! I scheduled by oil change, tire rotation, and car inspection on line. Upon arrival, my questions were all answered prior to the car being serviced. I needed to wait for the service to be completed which was no problem ~ very clean waiting area, flat screen TV, magazines, and coffee. They came to speak to me during their work on the car which I really appreciated. The work was completed very promptly & I was given, in writing, future work along with a timeline! I normally go to a local "quick oil change" but got tired of them trying to sell all of these additional services. They have become more focused on sales than simply providing my oil change! SO glad that Tires Plus is here locally!!! read more

I tried to plan for a trip and get my tires rotated a week ahead of time.The guy behind the counter his name I believe is Javier told me he couldn't do it,but he said if I come back at 4:30 he will get it done. So I did but another guy told me he couldn't do it.So I came back the thurs before trip Javier told me I need to make a appointment.So I called back to see if he could get it done at 5:00 because I drove by and seen they had 4 bays open and he got really nasty and told me to make a appointment after all that I guess on my trip no rotation. read more

The customer service isn't bad. It's the markup that gets you. 150 dollars for a non OEM part(without labor)...I found an OEM part at Oreilly for 78 dollars and I lifetime warranty. Gotta love mechanics. This is the last time I'll be visiting Tires Plus. read more

One star is too much, zero stars would be more appropriate. After being a loyal customer for many years, this store caused damage to my vehicle. We took it back many times and even paid to get diagnostic tests. They continue to give us the run-around and telling us to get second opinions (which we have) instead of correcting their mistake, they just continue to give excuses and have been untruthful. It is very disappointing on how they handled this situation and how deceptive they have been. I expected that they would fix their error and make things right. I do NOT recommend this store, they caused a $2000 damage and they refuse to make it right! read more

Tires plus is a must. They are friendly and courteous, the are always doing a great deal on tires. And always greet you with a smile. I came in for a tire change. And they also looked the car over and gave me a check up on it just to make sure it was running like new before it left. read more

Been going to the DeLand Tires plus for 10 years. Never had a problem. These guys have serviced over a dozen of my personal and work vehicles from oil changes to new AC/transmission work. They honor all warranty work and get it done quick. Scott the manager specializes in classic cars and trucks. He done a great job getting my 1979 Corvette in great running shape from the steering to the AC to the power headlights. These guys match legit sales from other shops and have great tire prices. My wife has been there many times over the years and she is treated with respect. About a year ago my wifes Toyota caught on fire at the DeLand RaceTrack. She called Tires Plus and they towed the car to their shop free of charge and completed all the repairs that day. We didn't get ripped off either. We're new to the area and when I called around to find tires for our boat trailer Scott L. was the most informed person I spoke with. He did a little research on the tires I was requesting and gave me a call back with some information I wasn't aware of. His price was also the lowest quoted of the several places I called. When he didn't have the tires in stock, he ordered them so they'd be in first thing in the morning. When I arrived, technician Kevin found a critical bolt missing from the trailer. He took an identical one off and allowed me to go purchase one to match it, and installed both for me at no additional charge, along with my tires. I purchased set of tires recently there. Sent my wife down to get estimate first (very high). Armed her with printouts of same tires locally, then a lot cheaper. Less than 5000 miles into this set she picked up a nail in one (patchable and had road hazard). She went down and was told it would be 2.5 hrs. before they could get to her simple patch job. She called 2.5 hrs. later and was told it would have to be later again. I took off from work and went there and 2 people behind me in line had there cars done before mine. While waiting for my quick repair (2.5 hrs. later) I witnessed 2 ladies get taken advantage of (around 900.00 for 4 14" standard width nothing special tires) This was my worst tire experience of my life and wont be back. I see a lot of positives about the manager Scott, but Javier was a joke. Even though I have road hazard and free rotation with them I will go somewhere else and pay for it out of pocket. read more
