I'm an Army veteran and I handled this the right way: calls, patience, follow-ups, numerous conversations with their manager Mike. The day I said I'd had enough, his position was still that I could go to the DMV myself or wait another three weeks. Dismissive from start to finish. On 8/27 I showed up in person with the lender's paid-in-full letter. Only then did they hand over my check -- dated 7/27, two days after the sale. It existed nearly the whole time they were telling me they couldn't pay. The car had already been resold. (Keep-or-cut sentence:) Nothing in the bill of sale I signed conditions payment on the title. If you sell them your car, demand a payment date in writing. Every date above is documented.

When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying a car here to think twice.Save yourself the stress, money, and safety risk, I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone

The Benz paint was all covered in some sort of orange sticky oil or transmission fluid as the truck above it the last week has been dripping and leaking. And the cherry on top is that the shipper refused to give me the car because the dealer hadn't paid the shipper the delivery cost. Ridiculous. A car dealer that doesn't know how to deliver a car. After payment has been made. The worst car buying experience of my lifetime. The dealer called me this morning threatening me and calling me a shitty person after all they put ME through . Mondays are busy, so I called Ivan back mid-day, and he said it's better to come by Tuesday. Monday night we ended up buying G63 at Sewell - incredible experience. Tuesday morning at around 8am I ask for a buyer's order for the Macan, so I can get a cashier's check. Ivan texts me an hour later, "the finance manager is sick but we can still make the deal today". Of course he asked for a deposit over the phone, before I could test drive - odd. I agree to head over for a test drive within the hour. As I'm walking out, he texts me to say there's an oil leak, so I can't test drive until Thursday. On Thursday I see online the car was sold. He didn't even call to say, we have other cars if you're interested. Thursday night we bought a new Macan Plano, another great experience. I collect cars and this was by far the strangest experience I've ever had.

Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. This was not just our best car buying experience, this was one of the best sales experiences of anything we've ever purchased! We're not fancy people and we hold onto cars longer than most. I'm relatively confident I'll be driving this suburban until my kids leave the house. But when our 2008 Honda Civic finally bites the dust, you'd can be certain our replacement vehicle will be from BBC Motorsports.
