The worst place ever! STAY AWAY!!! We made a reservation this morning. My husband asked if I should bring my wife to add her on the reservation this evening when picking up the car. They said you should. She has to be present. I've had migraine since this morning but still had to drive for an hour through traffic to be added. Anyways, we showed up and they told us they don't have any cars available for the same day booking. They didn't even bother to say that over the phone. I do NOT recommend them. read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! The sad part is I didn't have an issue with them till now. I had service done on my car and through the dealership they got me a rental car from here. I had the car for three days towards the end of April. Everything went fine customer service was great. TODAY however almost a month later things got worse! Waking up I received a toll violation fee that I had incurred while having the car. This surprised me as I have been driving well over a decade and understand what toll roads are and know that I have never taken them. I promptly emailed them to inquire about the charges, and the response that I received was very demeaning. The response pretty much said the same thing that at this date and time I received a toll fine even though I already understood that I was trying to see the documentation of it. Luckily though I had my own documentation knowing for a fact that I couldn't have received a citation. I am one of those people who love to take pictures of their food and thankfully I did. because at 5:45pm I received my entree and at 6:41 I had dessert, so how can I be charged a toll fee at 6 on a freeway 20 minutes from where I was? I had a great experience buying a used car from this place. They're very patient with you and will let you inspect the cars as much as you want before buying. Most of their cars are less than 2 years old, so the factory warranties still apply. Their cars have very low mileage too, and they take care of them pretty well. The salesman drove the car I was interested in to my local auto shop to let my mechanic inspect it, no charge. They cleaned up the car and detailed it (nice black chemical sprayed on to the tires), and even drove it to my house with the papers for me to sign. It's very rare to get the level of service that Midway gives its customers. The prices are usually very good, and the salesmen aren't motivated by commission so they are extremely low-pressure in sales methods. Basically, if you want the car you can buy it. If you don't want it, they won't try to push you into buying it. read more

I leased a car with them thru a program with Uber and their service is lack luster. As per lease agreement I am suppose to come to them for oil changes and the like, so I made an appointment, I get to the dealership at the set time and am told I have to wait over an hour and a half for my oil change because someone is ahead of me. I asked why have appointments if you can't keep them? The response was absurd! They said it's like any other place you make and appointment and it could be late! What!?!? That is a ridiculous answer and shows a low level of customer service and is a complete laugh in my face. It's disrespectful of my time and my value as a customer. At the barber shop and nail shop I have to set appointments and they keep them and expect the customer to keep them as well. This should be no different. Additionally, I asked about another issue with my registration and they just keep giving me excuses, saying the person is on there way. Not addressing my need and blowing me off. I would not recommend coming to this dealership if you have a choice. The customer service is sub par at the least. If I could do this process over I would not have chosen this dealership. read more
