    2003 Mitsubushi Eclipse GTS Spyder convertable

    Awesome experience and can't speak highly enough of Paul, the Service Manager, and his mechanics. We have a beautiful 2003 burgandy Eclipse Convertable Spyder GTS with 69,000 miles. A pristine, show worthy car. We are original owners. We took it originally to a local, supposedly reputable independent repair place in Thousand Oaks, CA where we live. Ran fine, but needed to receive a new timing belt for prevention. Wrong decision. They installed the timing belt incorrectly and jeopardized the entire engine! Almost destroyed the car. We went ahead and found Universal Mitsubishi in Van Nuys. Paul answered the phone and the level of service incredible. We had it towed that morning all the way from Thousand Oaks on a Friday to Van Nuys. Thank God we did! Paul called us back the minute it arrived, had his mechanics take a look at it. Ran some tests. The timing belt installed wrong and possibly, just us driving it 10 miles home, could have created major damage to the engine. Won't know, until they get in it and pull it apart. Bottom line, Paul was Amazing keeping us informed, and we had the car back on Monday. Fully repaired. He informed us that they were able to use the same timing belt, removed and installed correctly and that we were lucky, no further damage. The price was very reasonable. We drove 40 minutes to pick up the car and met Paul. We trusted Paul from the minute he picked up the phone when we first called. When we arrived, we saw all the placards of all the years of top awards that he has earned at this same Dealership. He started the same year as our car, 2003!! No doubt about it, we're driving all the way back for all future servicing. Thanks Paul and Team! So sorry I had to say no to selling the car to your dealership! It's our baby!

    BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 12/04/25, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. I have filed formal complaints with the California Attorney General's Office, BBB and the DMV. If you have experienced similar business practices with this dealership, I strongly encourage you to report it as well so this behavior does not continue. Businesses like this should not be allowed to do business. They have an F rating with the BBB. Issue #1 - Defective Tire & Broken Promise of Reimbursement At delivery, the tire pressure monitoring system showed one tire was low. We immediately raised concern that the tire could be leaking. Bobby, the sales representative, assured us it was not leaking and stated that if the tire turned out to be defective, we should replace it and submit the receipt for reimbursement. The tire continued losing air and ultimately had to be replaced (could not be patched due to the location of the leak). We submitted documentation and requested reimbursement on 12/30/25. On 01/01/26, Bobby called and offered to reimburse only half the cost -- something that was never discussed or agreed to at the time of purchase. The agreement was for full reimbursement if the tire was defective. He said he would speak with the general manager. We followed up again on January 15. Issue #2 - Incomplete Key Fob & Missing Emergency Key The vehicle was delivered with only one after market key fob, and that fob is incomplete -- it does not contain the manual emergency key that is designed to be housed inside it. I emailed on 01/18/26 and provided photographs documenting the missing key. I never received a response. The fact that we were given only one incomplete key fob makes this even more problematic. Management Escalation & No Resolution On 01/22/26, I escalated both issues to Sales Manager Carlos De La Luz. He acknowledged the matter and stated he needed time to assess and hoped to reach an amicable resolution. We spoke by phone on January 23, and he said he would look into both the tire reimbursement and creating a proper key. After receiving no update, I followed up in writing again on January 29 requesting a status update and timeline. There has been no response since.

    Beware of this dealership, the reviews others have posted about "etching" and over charging is actuate, and Tiki will definitely have a hidden agenda and Carlos will basically tell you buyer beware, my car was in the shop since day 3 of me having it. On a side note my review has nothing to do with the service sept as they were so very helpful, but JC was not forthcoming coming and the staff definitly sold and unsafe car with electrical issues.     I have worked with alot of Dealerships! This one by far is the best, i always get the best service, whether its just a simple oil change or im getting body work and new drivetrain system installed. The service manager Paul has always taken care of me anytime I need anything. He's very accessible. He always answers his phone and when he's not, he calls back very quickly, always tries to get me the best prices with the best service possible whatsoever, on top of that the vehicles are very good and the maintenance done on them is excellent. Have never had any issues except for obviously wear and tear and any other accidents I may have had. If you have a Mitsubishi, I would highly recommend you get your vehicle. Serviced here!

    I have attached a screenshot of the Instagram advertisement of job is your credit. All of the information of repo, no or bad credit, negative equity, and $1 down is not accurate and false advertising and their gimmick to get you in. I was there last night and they sniffed at my partner and I. So I don't recommend this place. Couple of nice salesman but not salesman Bobby.

After reviewing everything, I feel like I was heavily upsold on services and parts that either weren't urgently needed or could have been done at a much more reasonable price elsewhere. For example, my vehicle wasn't even due for an oil change yet based on my mileage history. I actually wanted to see if they would be honest about it, but instead I was still sold the service. What really bothered me is that the business promotes honesty and transparency, but my experience felt like the opposite. I didn't feel properly informed or given options -- just pressured into agreeing to expensive add-ons. If you have money to blow, then by all means go to this shop. I originally checked Google reviews and saw mostly positive feedback, which is why I chose this place. But after my experience, I went on Yelp and found multiple reviews describing very similar situations to mine. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any services here. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I started having some very common water pump and vacuum system problems with my beloved 718 Cayman S a few weeks ago - these are well documented issues with the car, but can be very difficult to diagnose and truly fix. When I first started having problems, I decided to go to another shop in the area to get a diagnosis to figure out what was going on. That shop gave me a lot of stress and very little confidence that we would get the issues sorted any time soon, so I decided to come here and met with Amir. Again, the vacuum issues on a 718 especially can be a bit complicated to diagnose. From the moment I started working through these issues with Amir, he was very good on communication, transparency, and did not in any way run up a bill of other random things just to try to get more money. He sent me photos every step of the way of what was being done to my car, communicated on parts coming in, etc - I felt very comfortable having my car there. When Porsche took longer than they had promised us to get a part in, Amir made the wait much easier by helping me out with a rental. The car was driving beautifully after I picked it up, but I ended up with a fault code again and I had to come back in - I don't fault Amir/the shop for this at all, 718 vacuum issues can be very complicated and oftentimes there is no "issue" left other than a ghost code. The experience of coming back here to diagnose why this code came back actually solidified my confidence in this shop - they were once again extremely transparent and very considerate in making my second visit quick and painless. My car is in phenomenal shape, and I saved a good amount of money (and headache) compared to what I was quoted at another spot down the street. Thank you Amir!

When resolving the issue, they assured me the repair would be done promptly, as it was a small job for their paint guy. It ended up taking 36 hours to get my car back, with zero communication from the dealer's end about the delay. I had to call for a status update myself, and even when the car was finished, the dealer never notified me, I had to physically show up to the store to find out. I then booked a separate appointment for a different set of issues, and the store scheduled me a month out, assuring me I would receive a loaner vehicle since the car would be in for an extended period. Days before the appointment, they notified me that their loaner policy had changed -- they no longer maintain a loaner fleet and now exclusively place customers in a Hertz rental, if available, and only in a GM vehicle. No guarantee of an EV if you are an EV customer. When I asked why they waited until the last minute to inform me of a policy change that was supposedly already in effect, they had no answer. Had I known sooner, I could have taken an earlier appointment -- the wait was only necessary because I was expecting an EV courtesy loaner, not a gas-powered rental. The communication at this store is poor, the quality of work from the service department is subpar at best, and the customer experience at Casa is simply not representative of a brand -- Cadillac -- that positions itself as the standard of the world. Steer clear of Casa de Cadillac.

After a 20 minute drive we decided to buy the car and because we were paying by check we were out of there in less than 30 minutes. That was the fastest car purchase I have ever made. The car looks in flawless shape and they not only showed us the Carfax, they showed us another more detailed report showing clear title and no accidents or damage. I liked that all the people there worked together to speed up the process. Again, we bought a car in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this dealership.

After my earlier complaints, Charles T (business manager) responded publicly and stated that Ferri Garcia from customer relations would be reaching out to help resolve our issue. Based on that response, we expected some level of follow-through. Unfortunately, that has not happened. We have made multiple attempts to contact Ferri Garcia and the dealership since then, and have received no response at all. No calls, no emails, no updates. This is regarding a $1,200 gap insurance refund that we've been trying to resolve since December 2025. It is now March 2026, and we are still being ignored. It's extremely frustrating to see a public response that suggests help is coming, only to be completely ghosted afterward. At this point, it feels like the response was made just for appearances rather than to actually resolve the issue. We are still waiting for someone anyone from Keys European Mercedes to take responsibility and follow through.

Probably because even just an evaluation of the car's problem will take multiple days and the repair itself will take weeks. They tell you NONE OF THIS upfront. The associates are also the opposite of helpful or warm. They all make you seem like an asshole for asking questions. You also get different answers depending on who you ask, on topics ranging from what's covered to what things cost. Maybe the place is just way too overwhelmed and needs more employees and space. But the last time I almost got work there, I was told it would they would need my family's minivan for at least a few days if not weeks to fix one middle row seat that wasn't locking into place. Fed up (and having lost the car to them for weeks before), I left before the evaluation and instead went to Olive Auto in Burbank. Fixed up in a matter of hours. Never again with this terrible operation.

Just license, fees, and first month's payment DAS (due at signing). I started the process on Sunday afternoon when they were closed and went to the dealership on the following Saturday to pick up the car. This was the most stress free car buying experience of all time for me. Once I told Sam about the make, model, and trim I wanted with no add-ons, he went to work getting me the best quote. There was a dealer that quoted $13 more than the first dealer and Sam tried to get the dealer to come down in price to match the first offer. He didn't so we went with the first dealer to lock in a low monthly payment plus tax. None of that "cap cost reduction" nonsense you see in the car dealer ads that fool you into thinking you got a deal. You are just prepaying the lease and lowering your monthly payments. The deal that Sam got me was low selling price for the car, standard residual (set by the bank), lease rebate, zero upsell. In fact, I just dealt with Sam 100% of the time. I got the contract emailed to me to sign. Sam met me at the dealership to sign a couple of DMV forms. I wrote the check to the dealership, then Sam drove the car out to the pick up area. ZERO CONTACT WITH ANYONE AT THE VW DEALERSHIP! No games at the finance desk, no wasted time going back and forth, honest selling price of car, and standard money rate with the lease. Sam basically shielded me from all the high pressure sales tactic and made sure I got the best deal. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional like Sam to battle the dealership. This was truly and EZ experience and there was no fee or bill from Sam.

He searched low, and although we didn't get the vehicle in the color that I wanted, we found the vehicle I wanted! COMMUNICATION: Garry was outstanding at taking all of my calls and text messages and always replying to me even when he was busy with other customers he would always let me know he would get back to me and he did! Tips to the buyer or leaser: I strongly recommend women using this Auto Group broker. They are exceptional at understanding the needs and having multiple conversations until you are able to figure out which vehicle you want versus what you actually need. As this was my first time leasing a brand new car Garry helped to organize the structure of how to go about getting the vehicle. I think the only thing I would've liked that did not happen is that he would've been able to actually go down with me to get the car at the dealership in Culver City. Typically how it works is you do everything online! Garry does all the heavy lifting and negotiating and getting it down to a price that is within your budget or finding you a vehicle or having you wait until the time is right. Please feel free to send questions if you have any I would be happy to answer them about EZ Auto Group and especially Gary. He is an exceptional young man with extreme patience, and a wonderful sense of humor. You will not be sorry working with them!
