After much searching and many quotes, we got connected with Mike Moye just hours after getting an appraisal online on the AutoNation website. He was extremely responsive, answering emails within minutes, and picking up the phone immediately upon calling him for some quick follow up questions. He confirmed that they'd be able to buy out an Acura lease no problem given their network of dealerships (Acura/Honda, like many auto finance companies, will only honor your agreed upon buyout quote if the buyer has a connection with an Acura dealer who formally buys the car on the backend). Mike was true to his word on the price quoted over the phone before us arriving on the lot, agreeing with me on the car condition I gave. After signing a few forms, we walked out of there with a check in hand that we were able to cash right away and it was an easy as can be done deal. Unlike most car dealership experiences, this was an entirely no-nonsense one. I recently received a certified quote from AutoNation for my car and I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism and what I believe to be deceptive practices. After receiving the initial quote, I called to confirm the offer . I was told that in order to proceed, I would need to bring my car in for an evaluation, which I agreed to. During the process of setting up the appointment, the representative mentioned that they would "recheck" the quote. To my shock , I was presented with a new offer that was almost half of what the initial written quote was- and this was before they had even seen my vehicle. This kind of behavior feels like nothing more than a bait-and-switch tactic, and I consider it fraudulent. They tried to blame it on it being read as a different model of car, but the VIN number identifies it as it is, so there can be no mistaking it. After reading the reviews, this is a pattern of deceit. Sell private party or to another credible dealership. read more

I don't know what people are talking about with some of their negative experiences - in my experience, both Gabriel and manager Mike were absolutely fantastic. They both quoted me something very reasonable over the phone, and they stuck to that quote when I presented there later with the vehicle. Don't waste your time with this place. Absolute joke operation they are running. I got a certified offer for my 2018 Jaguar E Pace from Autonation. The offer seemed good so I went down to have the car appraised in person. I was prepared for a friction of a few hundred dollars for a random tire or something , but when they finished appraising the car they came back with an insultingly low joke of an offer. The excuse was the original amount emailed to me was what they would charge retail and it was a mistake. I drove 35 minutes to have an hour of my time wasted only to receive an offer that was 30% less than what they certified. Even the employee couldn't help but laugh at how much lower the offer was.
