I ordered from the first time ever about a month ago. I got a cheese burger sub, mozzarella sticks, and garlic wings. My bag upon opening was covered in the oily garlic sauce on the wings. My mozzarella sticks were just as oily and my sub had one hamburger patty cut in have and thrown on a bun. Absolutely terrible. I couldn't even finish the wings they were under cooked! Disgusting I was covered in garlic oil and couldn't even eat what I paid for. Not to mention when I was ordering the woman on the phone was rushing me. The pizza was not very good for its high price. When I was babysitting, I was told to order from here. When the guy got to the front door, he gave me my total, and told me, "and that's not including the tip." I was about to take the pizza and throw it in his face. Decent sub shop. Well, used to be. The subs are terrible now! They are small and they raised the prices! I can list at least 6-7 other sub shops in the area that are 10x's better! What a horrible experience! The wait staff was unkind. We ordered a round of drinks and she brought us the check without even asking and had to tell her we were staying to eat! How rude! Food is good, has a dining area and a bar area. Has take out with delivery as well,prices are reasonable. There are specials and sometimes 2 for 1 specials. Service is fast, kid friendly dining with kid choices on menu. Easy to find with ample parking. read more

When ordering the waitress didn't wait for us to add sides to our sandwich order. We had to go add fries at the counter, then we had to track her down to get water refill. The food came and the fries were cold, my hamburger in the cheeseburger sub was not just red but cold and red inside. Would have told someone but was tired of going to find the waitress. Waited for the bill while we could see our waitress sitting at the bar on her phone. Another worker walked by and saw we needed something and asked, she went to get our waitress. My husband and I normally tip 18 - 20% this waitress was lucky to get the $2 we left. I am definitely sorry I chose this place for dinner on our way home from our 25th anniversary trip! read more

We decided to try this restaurant for dinner the other night. I got a slice of pizza and a stromboli. The food was huge and the price was not bad. I thought the pizza was alright, and the stromboli was great. The waitress was friendly and the service was not bad. When we were leaving, the four of us got in to my car, and I started backing up. Their pizza delivery guy had just gotten back from a delivery (I'm assuming). He parked his light red pontiac vibe across from me. I backed out normally, didn't do anything wrong that I knew of. As I'm driving away, I see him in my rear view mirror, walking across the road in front of the restaurant, with his middle finger in the air. I pulled my car to the side (about 30 feet away from him) and rolled my window down. He yells "F--- you! You're a little b---- you piece of sh---!" And he's just yelling obscenities at me left and right. I just said "you too buddy" and drove off. I called the manager later that day and described the incident. She apologized and said she'd have a talk with him. I don't know what pissed him off because we didn't do anything. After driving past the other day, I noticed he still works there. I'm surprised that they tolerate this kind of behavior with their employees. There were several people who saw it, too. I will not be returning. read more

This will be the second time ordering from this restaurant. The pizza was not greasy and tasted pretty good and they are very close to where i live. I was not thrilled about the price 10.78 for a small pepperoni pizza. The other places I've had pizza the pizza was too greasy i would get sick eating them, so i stuck with place. The online ordering is strange it says it will give you 10 percent off from ordering online if you put in a code but there is no place for the code (they need to update their site). What i did not like there was a .61 cent fee attached to the final price. After looking at the menu prices and the prices online they have been auto adjusted to the 10 percent off; the site needs to be updated. The 61 cents is actually a tax not a fee the site needs to be updated. Just returned from picking up my pizza and somehow half of pizza had pepperoni on it. I do not know how or why the default pizza selection is set to half and not full when you click a toppings; the site needs to updated. What is unreasonable is what happen next. I asked the counter help if she could put pepperoni on the other half. She stated you paid for half pepperoni. She did not think to know they charge you full price per topping even if get half, there is no half charge on toppings. SO they lost a customer. Even though I was willing to pay what i thought was fee (which was actually the tax) they wont even fix a problem with your order. I also forgot to mention there was a guy in the back making subs that did not have any gloves on. I agree with the below post about their customer service or lack their of. read more

Sat at the bar last night hoping to get dinner, no bartender in sight. Waited three minutes, she got up from the table beside me where she had been complaining loudly to a friend. This used to be one of my favorite pizza places. The food was great, reasonably priced and management seemed to really care about the customers. This is not the case anymore. The quality of food has greatly declined, prices have greatly increased and management no longer cares if the customer is satisfied with the food and service. We had a group of 8 and waited 45 minutes for our food. When it arrived the French fries were cold, one person didn't get their order because it was burned so they were remaking the entrée. The manager finally came to the table to let us know that they were having issues with her order and did she want to order something else. She said no and when we complained about the food he said he would comp her entree, which she never received so of course she shouldn't be charged for it and thanked us for coming. Needless to say we won't be going back. read more

For the second time this restaurant didn't accept the Doubletakeoffer that they signed up to offer. The first time they actually let us order and when they brought the food informed us they wouldn't take it. This place is shady. Not only don't their honor their own coupons but they take tax off prepurchase living social certificates. Owner will jack up prices when he knows you are using a certificate or coupon. This has been confirmed by his own employees! The food quality has gone waaaay down. I have been a customer for years and will never give them another cent after all the shady interactions I keep having. There are plenty of other pizzerias in the area that respect their customers by honoring the coupons they print and not skimming off the top from programs they participate in. read more

These folks just can't get it right. I get delivery sometimes, and their prices plus delivery charges are outrageous, and my food has always been terrible. I got chicken parmesan and the chicken was raw inside. I tried another time and got penne pasta with sauce and meatballs. The meatballs were ok, but the pasta was NOT cooked through. It was doughy and chewy and I couldn't eat it, and I paid $21.00 for it. My son tried their fettucine alfredo and he said it tasted good, but there was so much oil and grease in it that it made him sick and he spent a couple of hours in the bathroom throwing it all back up. My son tried one of their burgers and he threw it away, the whole thing. He took two bites out of it, and didn't like it. He said it was "watery". I took a bite, and it was spongy, like it had been soaked in a bowl of water before they fried it. I don't know if they use frozen ground beef or what, but the burger was terrible. I've given them ample opportunity and I'm done now. I have tried their food several times and when one thing didn't work out, I thought "well, maybe it was just a bad day for them or something". But, whoever is cooking, needs cooking lessons. And the price is far too high for the quality of food. I'm finding another place to go. read more
