Ordered a small pepperoni calzone. Got home and there wasn't any pepperoni. Called to let them know and the lady was very rude and ignorant. Instead of being helpful, she said to take the food back in so she can "prove" that there's pepperoni. Very disappointed with the service.

Delicious thick pizza. Sausage could have tasted better. Wings litmus test was a pass. Consistently crispy and adequate sauce coverage. General Tso flavour and hot honey bbq were delicious. Appropriate portion of blue cheese with wings. Staff is friendly and avoids eye contact outside of the ordering process.

Today we got take out I called it in was easy to place the order and was ready in twenty minutes. We order a dozen maybe led wings and a medium cheese pizza everything was very good hot and fresh yummy .

Always good food. Good service. Shop is a little small but the food is worth it. Pretty fast as well.

Doing campaign canvassing for the 2024 election. I time to be selective about where to eat. I see…read morethe shopping center with two restaurants, one closed, so this the choice. Looks dreary, large space with an inactive billiards table and a bar area, don't know if this place is popular in the evening. TV is on some nondescript program. I order a fish sandwich and a bottle of Diet Coke. I sit in a booth, the seat cushions with depressions from presumably decades of tushys sitting. This place needs to invest in modern upgrades to the interior The sandwich was excellent. Icy breaded and cooked (likely frozen mass produced but still good, with shredded lettuce and a bit of tomato on an excellent soft Italian bread roll, plus the right amount of tangy tartar sauce (also mass produced). I really enjoyed it! My rate: service 3, food 4, location 4, atmosphere 2, value 4, for an overall score of 3.

The menu had a wide variety of Italian offering like pizza, calzone , parmesan and assorted pasta dishes . We went with a NY size "20 large pie with bacon and pepperoni . The service was very friendly and our pizza was cooked to perfection. The crust was crisp and airy with generous portions of toppings on a bed of delicious cheese and sauce. Cozy , simple dining area is more than sufficient for you to enjoy your pie and a beer.

My parents had lived in Mt Joy for years and had their favorite pizza shop. Nowhere else compared…read more They have since moved to Hershey. When I brought them pizza, it was always from their old fave. But since I have to drive 30 minutes, the pizza was always tepid by the time we ate. They are not ones to embrace change but today was going to be the day. Palermos's had great ratings and was only 3 miles from them. I ordered directly on the website - they advertise that it's cheaper that way - they're absolutely right. Waze bushwhacked me there and back - traffic was horrendous with families trying to get into the park. Even though I ordered with a specific pick up time, I still had a short wait. I people watched as they came in and out buying individual slices. And the pizza here? Whoa! Amazing! My new fave! I ordered a large Sicilian with mushrooms, onions and pepperoni and a side of fried zucchini. The pizza was absolutely loaded with toppings. I ordered it baked well expecting the crusty burnt cheese on the sides. There was none of that but I would definitely order it that way again. The pizza had 12 large square slices. I struggled to eat 1 1/2 slices. I think I'll order it cut into 16 slices next time. The zucchini was meh at best. It's probably not fair this far east, but I rate all fried zucchini to Pittsburgh style zucchini. This was not it. I wouldn't waste my time on it again. I can't even remember the last time I've had Sicilian pizza this good. I don't know when I'll be back in the area but next time I'm definitely ordering pizza from Palermo's.

Great Pizza! Very nice local spot , not fancy inside but the pizza and Stromboli ROCK!read more
