Delicious thick pizza. Sausage could have tasted better. Wings litmus test was a pass. Consistently crispy and adequate sauce coverage. General Tso flavour and hot honey bbq were delicious. Just moved to the area and needed a new pizza joint to replace the one we left behind. Tony's was our first shot and we may have struck gold. We're still biased a bit towards our old favorite.. ;) stromboli and sub was delicious. Bread is homemade which we love. Other reviews are right that the employees are not wearing masks (you'll see precisely why if you ever walk in the shop), but I'm not going to let that affect my review - especially the one star people?! Been going in for 1.5 years since I started working in Middletown. Complained one time about my salad that I order every time I go there, and they wanted to argue with me about my complaint. Instead of providing good customer service and saying I am sorry what can we do to fix this (given you are a faithful customer) they argued with me saying we make it the same every time it can't be not good. I asked for a replacement or money back and they continued to argue with me saying there is no way the salad isn't good. End of conversation the lady on the phone said FINE you want a free salad you'll get one. Unreal! Will never order from this place again. read more

I was on them like crazy because of covid 19. Nobody was wearing mask and i think the store was anti mask. I say that because old trump is hanging up in the store and they looked at you funny if you had one on. I had my 4 shots and i reheat my order. I stick my food right back in the oven if i order pizza. I also get fried food things that have been in oil. You have to be smart these days if you want to live. I placed a takeout order for a wrap for lunch today. When I went to pick it up, two employees were standing right outside the front door smoking, which was gross. The reason for my 1 star review is that none of the employees were wearing masks. I don't do business with places that show so little regard for their customers. My complaint has to do with how they prepare the food. The workers sit and play on their phones while getting your food ready or the cashier will collect payments then they go fix your food without washing their hands or putting on gloves. That is just disgusting. read more

This is a great locally owned pizzeria. I ordered a Stromboli and was eating it only after 5 minutes. The taste was excellent and the service was on par with the food. With friendly smiles, clean facilities, and welcoming decorations, Tony's definitely exceeded my expectations. I will be eating here again, and if you like Strombolis you have to give Tony's a go. I'm so glad they opened another one I honesty must call at the busiest times always. Phone was always busy. I called one in Middletown to get a delivery and they said they could not deliver (immediately I'm pissed off) but them they said call highspire they would be glad to deliver so I did call and they delivered no questions asked, no that's too far, no call highspire one nothing just nicely took my order and delivered it. Used to LOVE Tony's and go once a week but ever since they got a new location the food quality has definitely declined, at both locations. Wings barely have sauce on them, making them really dry and disappointing. The pizza looked like they barely put cheese on and was burnt. Other menu items are good but the main items pizza places should be good at (pizza and wings) aren't as good as they should be. I keep going back because I'm hopeful it'll be better but I've been disappointed probably the past 7 times I've been there. I'm hopeful they can bring back their old quality, but until then I'll have to find a new pizza place. read more
