Placed an order for a Sicilian pizza via their website. After placing the order it said ETA would be an hour after placing the order. A half hour AFTER the ETA I was playing phone tag with the company and was lied to saying my order was already on its way, then told the order is now leaving the shop, then finally called again to be told me order was never made and was given attitude by both employees on the phone. Not ordering from here again read more

They have the best pizzas and cheesesteaks in town. The bread for the subs is amazing.

Pizza is something that is always what's good and being new to the area I totally have to find my new go to spot but sometimes that can be extremely difficult. My go to pepperoni and onions always what's good and I must say it was yummy but it was nothing to make me say let's run back here and get it again as the crust was a bunch of dough and just kinda overwhelming but not in the scrumptious way like some crusts are. Our salad was ok nothing special either as it tasted like store bought croutons and just average everything else either way it was good with the pizza so that's always a plus. Overall the pizza was decent but just ok I highly doubt I'll be back here again as with soo much to explore why settle with what was mostly crust! read more

Roberto's Pizza - Pepperoni & Onions Pie - Pizza Near Me - Middletown, Pennsylvania

Ordered a deconstructed cheese steak because I'm lactose intolerant, they went above and beyond. Followed my requirements to the letter. Best steak in my life, amazing, kudos to Robertol's in Middletown. I will never go anywhere else for that sandwich!! read more

Ordered here for the first time, pizza wings and corn fritters were excellent. Will definitely order again

We pulled over here on a road trip to get sandwiches. The service was quick! It's a small, quiet place with some TVs and tables. Great for a quick meal. read more

Great pizza and subs. We order on line and pick it up. It has been a main staple in Middletown for years

Excellent food , great service! Will definitely make this a regular takeout spot! Happy to have a great lunch place in Middletown.

Normally I don't have a problem but this time I got an Italian sub with no cheese with bacon and the salami was gross, slimy and smelled bad. I had 3 other family members try it and the couldn't even keep it in their mouth and had to spit it out. I called to have them remake it with no salami, but substitute turkey and they refused. I was told I will be charged more if they added turkey. I didn't want to add turkey I wanted to substitute turkey for the salami! The person on the phone was so rude. I had to go down there and let them know that this could potentially give their customers FOOD POISONING!!!! They didn't care so I asked for a refund after putting the salami on the counter for them to smell... I'm done with that place with no consideration for their customers health. read more

Majority of the staff are awesome, but an aggressive employee and the owner being cocky is what makes this place bad. They say they have all these policies, but if youre a fit female under 25 they will totally bend them for you. Pro-tip: dont let your boyfriend call, the owner tends to only wanna hook up females. read more

If you're looking for the best you ever had, you would be let down. However if you are just the average pizza lover you won't be disappointed. read more

Great take out. Fast delivery. Pizza is great, Stromboli's are amazing! Great subs as well. Call in to order and you will have someone super polite answer! read more

The pizza is better than most of the local competition. The dough is usually thin with decent crust. Sauce to cheese ratio is usually spot on. read more

Very poor service food was never delivered and then canceled. Would not recommending ordering anything from this restaurant.

We ordered delivery from here tonight. They were quick and the food was good. The prices were spot on for the food received. The Italian sub was yummy, fresh and big. I especially liked the bread it was served on. The salad was also huge and tasty. I highly recommend ordering from them if you are staying in this area. read more

I love the pizza. The dough is delicious, although sometimes I feel they could cook it a tad bit more. Overall I love it though - I'm not a meat eater but my mother had their wings once and said they were the best she's had in quite awhile! Check them out! Oh- And fair pricing too for sure! Also as a penn state student - they accept lion cash and offer student discount read more

Service is always quick, friendly, and accurate. The food is amazing. If I could give them a sixth star, I would!

Always super quick with delivery, pizza is always fresh and delicious! We order from here regularly via their website, which could use some updates but works just fine, overall, super happy with quality and service. Fully reccomend to anyone looking for real pizzeria food! read more

For the most part great place. Give them special instructions on your food they're on point. Took a few orders and the food has been perfect now how I like it. read more

Great food! The best thing is our order is always right when it is delivered!!! Thanks for the Great Service!

Love the subs the dough they use is the best around also there Stromboli is very good has a great amount of meat more then any other place

They make their own bread for their sandwiches...and it's delicious. Their pizza is some of the best you'll get outside of NY/NJ.

Pizza was so undercooked I had to put it in the oven to make it eatable. I should have asked for a ball a dough and a couple pepperonis and sausage on the side..would have been the same. read more

Good New York style pizza - pick up is better than delivery

Those french fries are delicious. If you're ever in the area I highly recommend this place, you won't regret it

I normally get a sub delivered and it's good, but decided to get pizza last time and it tasted like a school lunch.

Awesome food, all homemade and fresh. Pizza is crazy good, crust is outstanding! First time in Middletown, and i will stop here when i ever get near here again....yes it is that good. read more

I stopped into Robertos in Middletown on a Sunday night and got 2 subs, Ham & Cheese and Cheesburger sub. It took longer to make the ham & cheese sub then the cheeseburger sub. When I got home and took the subs out of the bag I couldn't tell the difference because they both felt the same. The cheeseburger subs cheeseburgers where as cold as the tomatoes and the Mayo. I saw the guy put the burgers on the grill already cooked and put cheese on them then he cut them in half and turned around and sliced the roll and grabbed the burgers and put them in the roll and added lettuce, tomatoes and onions, wrapped the sub and handed the subs to me. Got home 4 minutes later and had a cold cheeseburger sub. Won't happen again. You only get one shot to impress me and they just blew it. read more

Place has really gone down hill. Was ok to start with. The food was decent. Staff was always rude. The food is bad now too. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this joke of a restaurant. read more

I tried setting up an account online that went ok. I then started to order a medium pizza they also had coupons if you order online. For some reason when I clicked med pizza I could not go into build a medium pizza but I could do this for large, slices and Stromboli. I called in my order and told them of the problem with the site. They stated that they did not see a problem with the site. I placed the order then went in to pick it up and was told the coupon was not for medium pizza (yet It did not indicate that on the web site or the coupon). the manager gave me the discount. The taste of the pizza was alright, I had it in my mind that the pizza in the photo was just eaten not the true image of the pizza, well it is what the pizza looks like. When you bite into a peperoni pizza every bite should have pepperoni on it up to the crust. They cheap you out on the topping you just paid for. ITs a cheese pizza + pepperoni I could have easily paid 12.00 (without the coupon) for a medium pizza with one topping. He charged me 10.00 (with coupon)and some change. The pizza is NY style even though the crust is slightly thicker. I do not see how they will be able to compete because of their prices and quality. When you compare the value against big corps like pizza hut. Pizza hut tends to be the better deal and they give you a full topping. My opinion of this restaurant is OK read more

Food & pizza is very good, but delivery is always slow no matter what you order. 45 minutes is their canned response every time.

Just ordered for the second time. Ordered years ago and was not impressed as the bread was still doughy. Gave them another chance and had delivery. Delivery was prompt and driver was friendly. Pizza was average for this area and not greasy. Hot wings were OK but no heat at all. Cheese steak .....No cheese or sauce. I called as the menu clearly states steak cheese onions and sauce. I told them there was no cheese and they said it was under the meat...must have been invisible cheese. I told them there was no sauce and they said you had to order sauce...no mention of this on menu. If you were to know that you had to order sauce, perhaps you had to order steak onions and cheese also.Bread wasn't bad. Nothing tasted bad, just missing elements and nothing to brag about. read more
