Absolutely obsessed with their Stromboli and bacon fries. We order pizza often, during basketball season, but good pizza has been hard to find in this area, until now. Everything we have ordered is cooked to perfection. We have been ordering here once a week ever since we first tried it a few months ago. Ordered pickup. Told at the door they're closed and request a refund through DoorDash. DoorDash calls the store and they say they've made the order so we can't be refunded so had to go back and the pizza was dripping to one side of the box cheese slid off it completely and then this. I used to like Naples, but they got my take-out order wrong twice in a row. I don't eat meat, so I ordered a cheese pizza, but they gave me one with pepperoni. I took the pepperonis off and figured it was a one time mistake. Then I ordered a cheese sub. This time I got a cheese steak sub. I couldn't take just the meat off so I had to throw it away. Usually with me it's three strikes and you're out, but this was two in a row, so I'm done with them. And, no, they weren't busy. Both times I was the only customer and my order was the only one on the counter. Too bad. The food had been good before this. read more

In house service was very poor. Six of us sat down for dinner. Four got served their dishes as my wife and I waited over 20 minutes for our medium pizza to be served. At that point everyone else was finished so we just took the whole thing to go and never got to enjoy dinner with our family. Not a place I would recommend for dinner out. This was my first time here. I walked in and was greeted right away. The place is clean and apparently more popular then I would have thought. There was quite a few people in and out the door for take out. The female working the floor had told me that they do in fact deliver to my zip code. I figured i would make a mental note of that just in case i dug the food. So we ordered the Medium Sicilian pizza and a Large cheesesteak hoagie total was around $18. The verdict is...... The pizza was good and so was the cheesesteak hoagie!!! Future return will not be returning but will be utilizing their delivery service for only $1 plus tip of course. read more

We live in a COVID world, and I'm doing this review as a delivery driver. I've been picked up food from here probably 30 times in the last year... and I've reached the point where not only will I never do it again, but I also won't ever order from here either. As a delivery driver, the food is never ready at the pickup time, which not only kills my efficiency, but it also upsets the customer, which impacts my tips (and tips are how we actually make money). Beyond that, it usually takes up to 5 minutes to actually get acknowledged when you walk in. They're super busy, which is great for them, but they do a terrible job of multi-tasking. As a consumer, we've eat here before, and the food has been good... but seeing what I've seen, I just can't eat here anymore. They are so busy, that I've seen basic hygiene go completely out the window. I've only seen how they make the pizza, but that was enough for me to form an overall opinion. They don't use gloves, which I think is fairly common with a pizza joint... but I usually have the illusion that they are washing their hands. Unfortunately, almost every time I've gone in, I've seen the people in the front shift from the pizza station, to the cash register (including handling cash itself), to the phone, to the delivery tablets, to the refrigerator, to the oven, and everything in between. Perhaps any germs will get killed off in the cooking process, but I just find it too gross to ever order from them again. read more

Price for large cheese pizza was advertised as $8.99 on their website, so we called and ordered one. My husband was charged $12.50 for it when he picked it up. Also, grabbed two 16oz bottles of soda from cooler to purchase. The price marked on the cooler was $1.99 per bottle, but he was charged $2.25 per bottle at the register. When he questioned the price discrepancy, he was told that that's the price on the computer and that's what he was charged. Pizza was good, but we don't appreciate price switching from this business. read more

Trying a new pizza place is always scary and having that go-to pizza joint is very important. Naples might now be that place for me. I decided to give it a shot and I was not disappointed. As an avid yelper it's hard to try a place with less than 4 stars but seeing that Naples only had a handful of reviews I took a chance. The garlic knots were awesome. They came out hot, buttery, and with a really delicious marinara for dipping. I ate like the whole basket myself. I might have even taken the baby's. The pizza was also five star. The crust was crunchy and soft just how it is supposed to be. The pepperoni they use is unique and really good. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Naples. Ordered a cheesesteak that is all I got, steak and cheese. Menus don't have description of the food. Assumed it would at least have sauce. Called up to see if there was a mistake with the order and the guy on the other end said it was my not his fault. He could have at least asked if I wanted sauce when he took the order like any other pizza place ever. I will not be placing an order correctly or otherwise with this place again. read more

I ordered a large pizza and wings from the coupon promotion for $17.99 ($19 and change with tax). The pizza was decent, the sauce had an ok flavor and the amount of cheese was fair. Although I was pretty disappointed with the wings. Upon opening the container of wings I noticed they were extremely soggy swimming in a pool of way too much sauce. I had to pop them under the broiler at home to get them crispy. The sauce also had a flavor which wasn't very appetizing, I ordered hot but these were more sweet with a very strange aftertaste.
