My sent in the form three times and they…read more three times they told me they didn't receive them took them a week to finally say they got the form and then when I get my prescription filled for the last three still haven't filled it. I complaint with Walgreens corporate waste of time three weeks now I'm a diabetic immunocompromised. Patient don't have my medication so I was able to get it from my doctor's office. I couldn't recommend this office even if you were the last living person on the planet they all have the IQ of a softboiled egg and this place should be shut down.

And the layout of the computers which are cash registers versus the computers which have access to prescriptions makes no sense. Quite often, you'll find yourself waiting in line twice. They also sometimes refuse to allow you to use ApplePay at the drive through. But sometimes they allow it. This makes no sense. They also have limited hours. And they close the drive through for "lunch" in the middle of the day, as if we are living in the 1950s. I wish someone would do to pharmacies ( especially this particular pharmacy ) what Wawa and Sheetz have done to gas stations.

But the worst part of the experience is the self serve checkout which often has less half the machines working at one time. I realize there is more competition in the area (Publix, Lidl, Aldi, Fresh Market, TJ, etc) but if Kroger isn't going to try to win on price or the in store experience, then there is no reason for me to keep coming, despite being the most convenient location.

Watch out for poor Starbucks drinks in this Kroger and cockroaches on the merchandise.

The produce at this place is always rotten or turns rotten immediately.

Don't tell me it's going to be available Friday afternoon and then tell me Friday night that it isn't ready and you don't know when it will be available. FYI- Doctor's offices are closed on the weekend and can't resend a prescription refill request somewhere else until Monday.

After being told to call at a specific timeframe for my prescription, calling as directed, and being told that the prescription would be there that day, I went in to pick it up two days later. Although I received no communication of any problems, there was no record of the prescription and the item had since gone on backorder. I won't belabor this review with all of the ins-and-outs of the experience but suffice it to say that I will not be using this pharmacy ever again due to the way a man behind the counter jumped in to talk down to me. I would have provided 1 star (vs 2) if it hadn't been for the look of compassion on a few other staff members' faces when I noted that I had not done anything that warranted him speaking to me that way. It was not the first time he has taken that kind of attitude. And some of my friends have had similar experiences. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

I thought it was pretty funny actually, like what was the expectation? That I would go over to the employee and ask them to come take my money?! Anyway, it was a let down inside despite their lack of wanting to take my money- it was junky and not particularly clean. If you're looking for a kitschy, old timey compound pharmacy like you can find in other parts of VA, this isn't it.

Wow! This was my first experience here and I am so glad I came. I had an issue with a prescription…read morebeing sent to a pharmacy that was not covered under my insurance. I called McGuire Park Pharmacy and he took care of getting it transferred and filled within 10 minutes, while I was there. He was extremely friendly and chatted with me the whole time. As I went to check out, there were again some issues with my insurance and the coverage and he made sure I was able to walk out of the office with my prescription in hand. Thank you so much for the time, patience, and care for me as a patient!
