The reviews don't lie this pharmacy is a total mess. My sent in the form three times and they three times they told me they didn't receive them took them a week to finally say they got the form and then when I get my prescription filled for the last three still haven't filled it. I complaint with Walgreens corporate waste of time three weeks now I'm a diabetic immunocompromised. Patient don't have my medication so I was able to get it from my doctor's office. I couldn't recommend this office even if you were the last living person on the planet they all have the IQ of a softboiled egg and this place should be shut down. read more

This pharmacy is a total mess. It takes an average of 3 trips to the store to pick-up prescriptions. I've told them a 100 times I have no insurance and every single time my prescriptions are not being filed even though last year there was no problem. Staff is always new and cluless.I am left in horrible pain while my requests are ignored. I'm done. Don't bother with Walgreens they could care less. read more

This Walgreens is awful, yet most are ...as is CVS. I went with my mother to our Hull St Rd and Genito Rd Walgreens this morning. We needed two pills for her heart to hold her over until the new doctor's order came in for a 90 day supply. The new order was rec'd at 1:24pm today by Walgreens. At 7pm they gave no explanation but said they wouldn't have it ready until after 3 pm tomorrow. She will miss 2 doses...for HER HEART! She had a mail order bottle with 2 refills on it but the Pharmacist he would not transfer the script to Walgreens. She has congestive heart failure so I hope she is ok without the medication. (If not, I will pursue whatever legal options I can to make Walgreens accountable.) People just don't care anymore these days. The staff were friendly which was a nice surprise, but we didn't get what we needed. I'm definitely going to look at moving our prescriptions to an independent and dependable pharmacy. I used the online appointment system to make a flu shot appointment for 5:15 PM and complete on line forms. Had to complete form again since only demographic data printed on form. Completed form and edited to get my eggless Flu shot. The RN gave me the shot. The whole process took 18 minutes. read more

I used the app to transfer prescriptions, and nothing ever happened. So I called the store to have the prescription transferred and it took several hours. Even after I have been trying for days. When I got to the store they were busy, and everyone in there was upset and complaining. There was one woman that was grumbling and fussing and giving people dirty looks. But then there was a wonderful representative named omari that was very kind and very nice and very professional. This store is extremely understaffed, and the staff is not handling it well. Walgreens definitely needs more staff, but has a wonderful employee in Omari! read more

I am super impressed with the pharmacy at this location. After having a terrible experience at Patient First, preceded by my usual pharmacy, Kroger, not being able to complete a refill after waiting four days, I was pleasantly surprised at the calm, professional, customer service from the pharmacy tech accepting my prescription and having it filled within 20 minutes, an hour before closing. Several days later, the Pharmacist actually called me to check to see if I had any questions because I was considered a new customer. I am considering changing all of my prescriptions to this location. Wonderful experience! read more

Today I worked a long shift of 8am until 7pm. I came to Walgreens to pick up a charger because I left mine at work. I come through to Walgreens where there was only one line open which is understandable because it's late and all stores are like that nowadays. To get to the point, there was a rude male employee with red hair and a bulging nose at the register who literally snatched my item out of my hand then slammed onto the counter. He didn't even greet me or say hello like he did the people in front of me. He had a genuine lack of respect for me to the point where the customer behind him told him it was inappropriate and uncalled for. I did nothing to the guy & I even greeted him when I came into the store. He's lucky it was late & my phone was dying because otherwise I would have took my money somewhere else. As someone who works in customer service as well as an HR Manager, this was unacceptable. I will be calling tomorrow for the GM & asking them to resolve this issue because I do not deserve that treatment after I worked all day. I work hard for my money and where I spend it is MY CHOICE! I don't need some 25 year old with a chip on his shoulder to disrespect me when I am in a place spending MY HARD EARNED MONEY. How ridiculous. As previously stated, I will be calling for the GM and whoever owns this store to get this issue resolved ASAP. read more

I tried to get a prescription filled here and it was one of the most frustrating events of my life!!! I was a Rite Aid customer and unfortunately Walgreens brought Rite Aid out. I had stopped in at my regular Old Rite Aid and had my prescription switched over and all my personal information updated about two months prior to me even needing a refill. I went to call in a prescription and the pharmacist acted like she had no clue what to do since I was a old Rite Aid customer. I went around and around with her until I just hung up on her!! This is totally unacceptable and I will get this prescription filled here at Walgreens BUT you have just lost a customer...I am switching to CVS!! Very unprofessional and clueless!!! And on top of this frustrating event even though I had updated all my information two months ago they still had my old address listed. So once again I had to go through that again! read more

Well the store is nice. Good prices and very clean. Pharmacyis clean. Well stocked. But the Pharmacists are hidden back a bit unlike CVS. Staff answers questions but need a little more personality, big time. read more

SO I have been on 3200mg of a preventive medication to keep migraines away, this is an auto refill and has been for 6 years. Walgreens failed to contact my doctor for an auto refill and claim my doctor never responded. When I called my doctor they claim Walgreens never sent any thing to them, so I had to go to the emergency room and get a Demerol injection to eliminate my migraine. Walgreens offered no apology, every time I have gone to pick up my prescriptions I have had to wait even when they sent me a text claiming they was ready, they was not. The staff will ignore you while they are at the register. Never again will Walgreens treat me or my family like our business means nothing to them. I do not recommend using this pharmacy. The staff hides in the back and it is hard to get any one to answer questions about my medication. read more
