(I really need this item) My wife called and they said it was in. Tuesday-- no mask, no record of us asking. And no idea when it would be there. I asked for a corporate email or phone number which they gave me, but the pharmacist stated it would come to her because their main office doesn't deal with vomplsints. I researched that and it is. TRUE! ‍ What poor service! We found out we never needed a Rx for one, and went to Beauford Pharmacy and they have plenty available with no Rx needed. They also sometimes refuse to allow you to use ApplePay at the drive through. But sometimes they allow it. This makes no sense. They also have limited hours. And they close the drive through for "lunch" in the middle of the day, as if we are living in the 1950s. I wish someone would do to pharmacies ( especially this particular pharmacy ) what Wawa and Sheetz have done to gas stations.

Lack of an associate to check you out, 9.5 out of 10 you must use self check out. If there is an associate behind the counter, they have a mean look, don't acknowledge you and mumble. When you can get someone on the phone, they are rude and not helpful. Here's a tip, if you don't have a medication, just let me know so I can have it sent somewhere else. Don't tell me it's going to be available Friday afternoon and then tell me Friday night that it isn't ready and you don't know when it will be available. FYI- Doctor's offices are closed on the weekend and can't resend a prescription refill request somewhere else until Monday.
