Arrived at 8am , was told multiple times , your Jeep is being worked on. I saw 8 other people walk in , they were taken care of. Every time your guy said thanks and sorry for the wait to them. I never complained. I sat for 3hrs , no sorry for the wait or thank you. In at 8am out at 11am , $566. If he is still there I will never go back. I had ordered 2 each Mavis all season tires as a 225/65/16 for my partner's Mazda CX5. I get there this morning, they had ordered a Mavis AST AS 225/55/16 so, then I had to wait for them to get me the correct tires, so I had to come back to get the proper tires. After I was originally told they would take 2 hours to recieve. They call me back 30 min later that they found two appropriate tires in stock, so now I am having to again rush to get there so I am able to take them to the Mazda Riverhead dealership. I get back home get ready for work in Amityville and begin to head there. I get a call from Mazda that they had given me the wrong size to purchase from Mavis. So, as I was already on my way to work, the Mazda service GM called me if I could get them swapped appropriately for what should be a 225/65/17. I told the Mazda GM that unfortunately I was already on my way to work and if there was a way I could ask him to get the tires from Mavis. He politely accepted and stated he would call over to Mavis to see if they could make the swap and I would pay the difference in tires which was $40 in the end. The Joe a-hole decided to be a, well, an a-hole to the GM of Mazda and told him off and told him it was already the third time now they had to make a switch to the tire...first off. The first mistake was made by you (Mavis tires, Riverhead) in the first place!!! Mavis had ordered the wrong size tire either way!!!. So, no need to yell at the Mazda Service GM at all! The second mistake was made by Mazda (technically could even be the initial mistake giving me the wrong size but at least they owned up to the issue and corrected it) Then, on my way back to go to Mazda to pick up the tires and exchange for a second time, a shrapnel comes my way, which I have to dodge and end up having to dodge it, rupture my tire, having to take my own car to the Toyota dealership, etc. If this Joe J*ckas* had just been a helpful human and not an a-hole, this part could have been averted. The Mazda Service GM actually was a great human being and came out to help me put my spare tire onto my vehicle and even made sure I had a vehicle to drive from Mazda for free to get the tires back and forth to Mavis!!! Amazing human. So, back to getting to Mavis, the other Service member helps me and has to make a call to get the tires switched out again to their service desk, and the Joe A-hole decides to make a scene with not only myself and also to his employee, by yelling at me how this is the third time he has had to switch these out. Not my fault broskie!!! I told him to calm down and no need to be rude to the customer. Then he decided to keep going and when I told him, no need to raise your voice at me or even be an asshole, as he decides to say, "oh im being an asshole"? With my response, "Uhm, yes sir you are. You dont need to be a rude A-hole. He then tries to tell me to watch my cussing in front of the lady whom happened to be behind myself. I tell him, I actually caught myself and said a-hole the second time so, he then tries to tell me to apologize to the lady. So, I did actually apologize with a backhanded response towards him, to apologize that he was being an a-hole. He then goes out to see the tires and starts to yell at the young service member gentleman and yell at him that I need the sticker for the tire return and at that point, I tell him then he needs to call the Mazda Service GM and he again becomes rude to tell me that I need to be the one to call him..excuse me? Like, what a great leader you are to your employers and how much of a d*ck you are to your customers. He then has the audacity to ask me where I am from where I respond to him saying that I am from Texas where we tend to have some southern hospitality and not need to be some NY a-hole such as himself. Luckily, the transaction at this point is done!

Called to say car was ready for pick up. Paid the $37, got in the car and realized there was no inspection sticker. I go back inside to find out what's up (truck is Tacoma, 2017, in excellent condition and well maintained). I ask why i wasnt given this info and was told "im not the technician im just working the desk," like what???? I'm told the computer needed to be reset and I should drive it 100 miles and bring it back. Okay, like that's a huge pain in the ass since I live where I live and it's a summer traffic nightmare to go back there.... 500 miles later I go back. The "supervisor" hooks up his little electronic machine and tells me I need to drive it further. I explain it's been 500 miles and the car is overdue for servicing, no one has touched or reset any computer. No answer. No solution. Other than I just have to keep driving it. The "supervisor" called the branch manager for me. I could hear him chasing on the other end, saying "tell her she just has to drive the fuvking car, I'm not speaking to her." How can you NOT offer a solution, offer to look into what's going on with my car, and then NOT speak to me or try to make it right? I'm off to Toyota to see what's going on with my car bc I can't drive around without an inspection sticker. So irritated.

She took a walk and 2 hours later he called to say "We can't get the plate off your car to drain the oil so we can't do it." He said come back tomorrow at 9 am and we can do it. Next day, drops car off, 3 hours later (!) no word, friend goes back and the worker who was going to do the job didn't come in. No phone call, no text from Anthony to let her know. Ridiculous. She went to a local repair shop & they removed the plate without any trouble. This center has really gone downhill. Horrific customer service and in my own experience, Anthony tries to sell more services than might be needed. That day they lost two customers. I will never go back there again.

I pass the shop daily on my way to work and was curious about the place. I always see a lot of cars there. So I recently called for a service appointment. Andrew is very nice and articulate on the phone. That is my 1st impression of a good company. The person who answers the phone is usually the face of the company. He's got a good face. He has a sense of responsibility and pride for the technicians that work for the company and I could tell that by how he spoke about them. The technicians are very detailed, they show you photos of what they are inspecting and give you a lot of information. For me it's great as I have a mechanical background so I understood everything that was pointed out. I felt confident that my truck was thoroughly looked at. The appointment process is easy, just give then a call. For me, thankfully I have not needed a major repair "yet" but if and when I do, taking my Jeep Trailhawk to R and K.
