Long story short I was rocking a spare and I was told about this place so inspired in to see if they could patch my tire. Upon inspection they told me it could not be patched. Then I was told they did not stock the tire that I needed. The disappointment was short lived as I was told that the tire would be there that afternoon. I had to get a new tire and rim after a blowout. I called ahead to see if they had the tire I needed and John was so informative and helpful. He suggested where I could find a rim, and when I brought it back, they were speedy with changing it out. He also informed me that my tire pressure sensor was not working and changed that for me too. This was my go to place for tires for over 30 years. Today I bought in my own tire to have changed out for my 19 yr old son and was overcharged big time. I usually try to deal with John who has been very fair and friendly over the years, but today, we got his partner Will. I usually pay around $25-$30 for this service, but today we were told that since it was a run flat tire, it needed a special machine and was charged $50!!!! I accepted the charge and believed what I was told by Will. When I got home, I figured that I do some research and called other local tire places. Out of 8 different shops, all 8 said they change and balance on the same machines on Run Flats as they do Regulars and all 8 only charges $30. Which was what I had paid in the past with Zima. I don't know if it was a slow day or maybe Will was having a bad day, but I'm done with this place. Overcharged $20 and now my family, friends, co-workers and Yelp review will all know.
