Absolutely top-notch! While I was waiting, they have WiFi and I worked while I was waiting. The waiting room was immaculate, the staff was professional, and even the bathroom was spotless. Don't not bring your car here if you care about quality of service. I brought my car in to get the battery replaced and the technician who worked on my car, forgot to put the battery housing pieces back on. When I went back to the shop to retrieve it I realize that the piece it clips into was absent from the top of the battery. When I went back into the shop to question where the other housing to the battery was, I was told that if my technician says it wasn't there then it's not there. Both pieces were present when I dropped my car off. If they broke or damaged the other piece during this time I would have liked to know, but it was suggested that I was just "lying" to them instead. The technician was very kind and help. I cannot say the same for the manager who's demeanor was very distasteful and off putting. This place is the definition of small town mediocrity. I am highly disappointed in the service received today - we took my daughter's failing car to them and on top of a ridiculously high diagnostic cost they did some crap fix and charged $400+ and told her that it would be good for a day or two - WTH!!!!! Louis the manager is a condescending a-hole. Went in to get in an estimate, but he broke a part and started yelling at me telling me that I had to pay for it, even though they broke it. Air Conditioning broke down in the car. It is a corolla. They found out a problem with the condenser. They put Air Conditioning Fluid that did not fix the issue. Had to replace the condenser. It cost just over a thousand dollars. I was able to get approved for their store Midas. Good job fixing it. Got it back the next day. The car gets cool very quickly now. He was not only rude over the phone, but then hung up on me while I was trying to confirm that my car could be fully serviced for the warning lights that were popping up. Don't know if it's a Midas thing, or a Chad thing, but highly unprofessional to hang up on customers. Took our truck in for a steering fluid leak. Given a quote of just over $1500.00 to repair the problem (just happens to be the limit of our Midas credit card). Took it for a second opinion where we were shown that there was a loose clamp on a hose. Problem fixed immediately...no charge. Be it laziness, incompetence, or greed, Midas is very much in the wrong for the rip off job they tried to pull. And to add insult to injury, they didn't put down protection so the floorboards were covered in oil and grime when we got the truck back. read more

Best experience I have ever had with a car shop. I just had routine maintenance, but I've never been able to get even a simple oil change without the mechanic telling me I need to spend $XXX in vital repairs. Maybe it's because I'm a 25-year-old female. At Midas, they were friendly on the phone and when I arrived (late) for my appointment. They were speedy and told me my car was in great shape. They did tell me a belt might need replacing soon, but didn't even offer to do it today or schedule an appointment. I didn't feel any pressure from them at all, and for the first time, I didn't drive out of the auto shop feeling like an idiot. I now trust the Midas touch! read more

My experience was incredibly frustrating. I went to have my oil changes and tires checked because my tire light was on. I chose this place because I knew they could fix the tire. I mentioned the tire issue when I initially checked in and he said they would look. I me tioned it again when he tried to sell me am additional $200 of work and he said they would look at them. When the car was done, I asked about the tires and he said they were fine. The light was still on when I got back to work and when I looked at the paperwork they had checked everything EXCEPT my tire pressure. Turns out there was a leak and I had to go to a separate place,and take additional time from work when they could have just done it while I was already there. I had always been skeptical of Auto Service shops. This had lead me to learn and work on my own cars from internal engine repairs to suspension and so on. This place proves that there are still honest to good Auto Service around. Went into this location this morning. Needed a computerized alignment done. Mark, assistant manager, was able to help me get this done. Good customer service and he even came to give me updates about my alignment throughout the service. This is the first time ever, having a job done that the mechanics didn't try to sell unnecessary service and parts to me (example: camber kits). Mark was honest and charged me exactly for the alignment with no extra shop fees. I think I might have just found my next go to auto service shop. read more

Got a pretty bad experience after turning our car in for an extended fix. They were NOT knowledgeable about what to do and screwed it up that badly we had to go to a dealership straight after! It was bad to say the least and we were not able to drive on to avoid more damage. It's a good place for maintenance like oil changes and such, not for the bigger extended repairs. read more

If I could give a negative review I would. I took the car in for a routine oil change. Immediately they told me they would have to rotate the tires which I declined. That's not what I asked for. After about 10 minutes the guy came in and said they have to order a part bc my oil filter wasn't working and then walked away. I immediately felt scammed. After 30 more minutes he came in and I paid. I got in my car and shifted to drive and it immediately clicked over into first gear. Nothing I did would make it stay in drive. I went back in and told them my problem and they immediately gave me excuses!! I've never ever had this problem with my 2006 Volvo but here after they touched it I can't drive in anything but first gear!! They looked at it and said I should bring it back in but of course I would be charged if they found any problems. Again, this wasn't a problem until they drove my car. Our story starts with a phone call yesterday afternoon at almost 5:00 PM. My husband made an appointment for breaks at 8:00 AM the next day (Saturday). He arrives for our appointment and is advised that whomever he spoke with did not put his appointment in the system and that it could possibly be 3:00 PM before they would have time to fix the breaks. Next thing you know, they've got our car back there and fixed, all by 10:00 AM! My husband said while he sat and waited, he saw customer after customer being treated with honesty and respect. Mistakes and human error happen to all companies but it's how they handled it with grace and compassion that shows so much about this locations customer service. The Midas shop that I had service my vehicle did a super job. First of all, I took my car there to get an alignment but the manager showed me that I didn't even need one. He said he would charge me only 20.00. Next, asked to get a fuel injection cleaning. He charged me for that about 139.00. The service was relatively fast considering what I wanted done. Louis, the manager, is always straight with me; he gives facts and suggestions and then lets me make the decision to go with it or not. I recommend this place for auto repairs. read more

This was by far the most helpful and friendliest shop I have ever taken my car to! I had an O2 sensor that was out and I took it to 3 different places before I contacted Joe at Midas. The first place wasn't helpful at all. The 2nd place told me they couldn't do anything and only a Toyota dealership could install it. When I took it to the Toyota dealership they were going to charge me almost $1000 to fix. I was advised by a friend to call Midas. The shop manager, Joe Voda, advised me what part I need and then installed it for $60. They were very quick to get me in, quick to get me out, and my car runs great! I will definitely contact them for any future issues I have. I do not know much about cars and costs to fix so it is nice to find a shop that is honest and not looking to rip unsuspecting customers off. read more

They discovered my serious problem, fixed it one day, at a price that was much less than other shops would have charged me (Trust me on this one)...then they discovered a second, potentially disastrous issue with my vehicle.
